Our wedding at the Manoir de la forêt was everything we dreamt it would be, and so much more! Even though the weather did not cooperate and we did not get the outdoor ceremony we were hoping for, everything was just perfect and we would not change a thing! The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and it truly was a perfect stay. Thank you so much!

My husband and I got married at Manoir de la Foret earlier this month and it surpassed our expectations! The venue is even more stunning than the photos, with dark furniture, twinkle lights, a cozy fire pit, all while feeling like a down-to-earth, yet upscale venue. It was perfectly suited to the vision of our wedding! Sandy and her team were thoughtful, attentive, and responsive throughout the planning process and on our wedding day. Thank you for everything - highly recommend to any engaged couple!

Manoir de la Foret is truly a charming and unique venue for any event. Our daughter was married there in June and we could not have been more thrilled with the wedding ceremony held in the beautiful forest setting with majestic trees. Guests were greeted after the ceremony at the cocktail reception held outside on the enormous deck looking out through the forest. Then dinner and dancing inside the beautiful lodge. The setting is gorgeous and the food was beyond delicious, served by a friendly and professional staff. Sandy attends to every detail and no matter what complication pops up, Sandy is there with a solution and is always the voice of calm. Sandy strives to make your event the best it can possible be.I would highly recommend this gorgeous venue for any special occasion.

Do not hesitate to reserve this venue for your event. The lodge is in a beautiful setting close to Ottawa. Sandy and her team work tirelessly to make your experience the best it can be. You will feel you have escaped into a fairy tale with twinkling lights in the trees, a beautiful dining hall and a comfortable lodge. The deck and dining hall are level with the forest canopy giving a natural view while you enjoy your drinks and dinner. The food was excellent and the servers very attentive to all your needs. What wonderful memories we have to cherish our special time there. Thank you Sandy.

Thank you, Manoir de la Foret, for the most magical wedding we could have hoped for (June 29, 2019).The serene atmosphere and forest made the whole day feel like a fairytale. Sandy helped us every step of the way, was always knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly, and even chatted with me the night before the wedding to discuss last minute details so I had nothing to worry about the day of. I knew that everything was taken care of & felt totally calm and could just enjoy the day!Literally everything was perfect. The food was amazing. The signature cocktail was incredible (raspberry mojito) and they made it just to my specifications. The servers & bartenders were all friendly and the service was superb.The layout of Manoir de la Forêt was great as guests could go on the patio or be in the dining/dancing area or sit by the fire pit or even go for a stroll... great for mingling and chatting and gave everyone lots of room and freedom.People kept coming up to us all night telling us how beautiful the venue was and asking us “how did you find it?! WOW!”The night after the wedding, my husband and I and our wedding party stayed in the rooms upstairs in the cottage. This was a great option as we didn’t have to pack up and drive anywhere else that night. In the morning Manoir de la Forêt served a delicious continental breakfast with the crispiest croissants imaginable. Having the option to stay overnight gave us more time with our loved ones.It was obvious that Sandy and Mina love what they do and they truly cared about making our wedding special. All along they made us feel like our wedding was their top priority (even though we knew they always have lots of events going on!).It was magical to get married with such lush greenery all around with grand trees and ferns everywhere. I would recommend this venue to everyone and I feel so fortunate that we found it!Thank you 1000000x, Sandy and Mina!

What an amazing venue, we were there for a wedding this weekend and it was completely magical. Sandy is the best and took care of every single one of our needs. The staff were so friendly, going above and beyond to ensure we had a blast. The food was so good and the drinks were delicious! 10/10

We just had our wedding here this past weekend and I cannot say enough about this venue and the woman who runs it, Sandy. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, a big cottage in the middle of the forest, with rich dark wood furniture and twinkle lights throughout. We were able to have an intimate wedding ceremony in the forest and then a celebration in the cottage with a gorgous deck in the trees. We had a few stressful events leading up to the wedding day that added quite a bit of work to our plate, but Sandy always had a solution for everything and kept her cool and humour throughout. She and her staff went way above and beyond to provide extra details and to take all the tension and anxiety out of the planning. I cannot recommend the manoir enough for a wedding or event, it was truly perfect.

Sandy and her staff were incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The food and service was top notch. Everyone was SO friendly. Cannot recommend this venue enough.. if you’re on the fence, go for it! You won’t regret it.

Manoir de la Foret is a charming, hidden gem amongst wedding/celebration venues! We recently held a family wedding there and it surpassed all of our expectations! I know how difficult and time consuming it can be to find a suitable venue and organize a wedding as I have coordinated other weddings. This was perfect in every way! The natural setting is absolutely stunning as the ceremony sites as well as the reception and accommodation building are nestled in the forest. The reception/dining area was warm, cozy and stunning even before we added our floral touches. Many decor items like lighting were already there so we found that we really only had to add flowers. How easy is that? The food was gourmet and everyone commented on how delicious it was. The owners have made an extra effort to provide pristine rooms with very comfortable beds for those wishing to stay over. Sandy, the owner was so lovely, easy to work with and very accommodating. Her amazing organizational skills and lovely happy staff allowed this special day to proceed absolutely seamlessly. Thank you to all!

We could not have picked a better place to get married than Manoir de la Foret. After all the years of planning (due to the pandemic, we waited an extra two years) Sandy and her team were wonderful and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined. Everything went so smoothly and because of that, we were able to be fully present and enjoy the day. We also chose to spend the night there, which aloud us to spend even more time with our loved ones. Thank you for being making our day so special. We're so happy we found this place and would recommend it to anyone who's considering it for their event.
