Tina is great, we used to go to Ruffin’s until it seemed like they had a new groomer every time. She is BUSY and you need to leave a message and she will call you back for appointment early evening. Great job, always friendly and professional. Just don’t call up expecting same day / week service!

Took my 8 yr old dog Molly for her first professional shampoo. Tina's did an awesome job. After my dog did so much swimming this summer, I didn't think anything would get the stink out. She smells so clean now. Will definitely bring her back.

I wish I can put 0 star I took my indoor cat to this place couple weeks ago. I don’t have any other pet in my house and my cat doesn't go out at all. I discovered today that she’s infested in fleas I couldn't believe my eyes. I never experienced something like that in my life. I paid them $50 to get fleas. Don’t ever go to that place unless you want fleas on your pet and in your house.
