Worst front desk ever. Messed up my appointments and referrals for 2 months. Never admit their mistakes, never pick up calls. I had to call places and make sure my reports and documentation was in place before I spoke to the doctor even though it was their job to do so. The front desk lies blatantly about sending requisitions but never do.Horrible experience. Dr. Sambal is great but unfortunately she’s loosing patients because of the pathetic front desk. They need to be reported.

We’ve been with Dr. Mahungu since 2015. Very professional and has good bedside manners. Dr. Cheung is a recent addition to the team and she’s knowledgeable and comprehensive in doing her assessments, follows-up on labs and diagnostic exams. Lastly, current set of receptionists are accommodating and well-mannered. Although I should mention that getting an appointment here would take some time but it is the norm nowadays. Overall, this clinic is exceptional.

Tue doctor's at this clinic are amazing! Dr. Mahungu and Dr. Aslam I absolutely love them. The receptionist Jeet is also amazing, kind, welcoming and SHE ANSWERS THE PHONE! The problem I have and the reason for the 4 star rating is that the other girls at the front desk do not ever answer the phone. I have called sometimes for a week, everyday, about 20 times a day and they will never answer. They also aren't very friendly, it's almost like you are begging them for something. Not a good look for the clinic. If they can fix the front desk it will be an amazing clinic. Thanks to the doctors and receptionist Jeet for being wonderful!

No phone calls answerew or email back... forever. Receptionists have no professionalism at all. I'm pretty fed up writing emails or calling the office to be answered.Dr Mafungu is awesome. She is the best caring Dr.

Dr. Mahungu is a very caring doctor. She listens to our concerns and is always ready to answer our questions and provides solutions in the best possible way. The staff is very good and answers phone calls. A few years ago it was almost impossible to reach the doctor's office on phone, but now it has changed.

Long wait phone calls, long wait visits, sometimes very unprofessional. Doctor Mahangu is a very knowledgeable doctor but it seems like most of the times she doesn’t care or even listen to you. She is a very busy doctor and that makes u wait longer to see her even if u have an appointment. They also charge u double for any kind of paper works.

One star - only for the reason your calls wont be answered!Five star - for the doctorsDo you guys ever answer the call? I have been calling from last 7 days continuously and not even once you answered the call. Is there a block list you add all your own patients. The doctors here are really good, both Dr.Aslam and Mahangu, but only if you can get past the reception you will get an appointment which again will not answer you calls for 7-10 days

I like doctor Mahungo. she is very nice and listen what you have to say. Calling for an appointment few years back,was not difficult when Monica was still there. But now no one picks up the phone when a receptionist called you and make an appointment.I understand, this clinic is very busy now but receptionists have to come up with better booking system of their clients appointment.

CLINIC MOA was so unprofessional, they ask you to wait for so long on the phone after they hang up the phone not even saying anything So rude!. Sometimes when u call they just hang up.
