High Street Dental

Dr Jordan redid 3 fillings for me last night and was great, zero discomfort during the procedure and when the freezing came out later on, everything felt as if nothing happened. Dr. Jordan and the assistant - I can’t remember her name- were very friendly and easy to chitchat with. Thanks again for great service!

My family and I have been long time patients at this dental office. The Dentists have always been great as well as the hygienists, however some of the staff doing the booking lack professionalism and general manners. Even after moving out of the area over 10yrs ago I still continued to travel there for all appointments. If you want to be spoken down to, and made out to feel like a liar, then this is your place. Im sad to say my family and I will no longer be going there.

Dr. Jordan is amazing. I had put off wisdom tooth removal until it became a major tooth ache, Linda at the front desk got me in right was very pleasant and personable. Zero pain after the extraction! Amazing customer service best dentist office I have ever been to.

Everyone at High street Dental is always pleasant. The facility is very clean and well kept. I always leave feeling well taking care of.

If there was an option for zero stars I would have given it 0. My girlfriend went in for dental work and for some reason my benefits wouldn't go through according to the dentist. No problem, I paid for it while she was there on August 12th and would submit it to my benefits myself since it was a massive bill.It turns out 18 days later the dentist put it through on my benefits (double paying themselves) so now I can no longer claim it on my benefits as they have already been paid for the services. Multiple calls for a refund have been made with multiple different excuses from High Street dental. First it was OK we will refund that right away"

Dr. Jeff and the receptionist at High Street were above and beyond exceptional for my daughter today. She had an emergency dental situation and I was so grateful for them fitting us in even though they were fully booked. They are highly skilled and extremely kind and accommodating.

Dr Jordan is amazing. I’ve never had a bad experience with him and his staff. He is always willing to help any situation and makes everyone feel very comfortable during their visits.

I like highly recommend high street dental. Asha is an outstanding hygienist - she’s patient, kind, compassionate and understanding. Dr Jordan is the most kind and patient dentist! He is calm and caring. He will share his recommendations and will answer any and all questions. He will present all of the options with the pros and cons. The front staff are great. I’ve had jaw issues - and let me tell you - high street cares. They, as a clinic, in my opinion strive to do their best while honouring and valuing their patients.

I had my root canal done with Dr. Jordan and his assistant, Julie T.Dr. Jordan was great and thorough and my tooth healed nicely. The assistant, Julie, was amazing from helping me with my anxiety to explaining me the procedure and reassuring me, so that I can feel more comfortable.

Went here for a couple years until I lost my job / benefits due to covid layoffs and had to pay out of pocket.Was quoted over the phone for my next appointment and agreed that it was a fair price to pay. After my appointment I went to pay and was given a bill for over 2x the amount originally quoted for the same amount of work I expected.Shocked, I explained this politely to the staff and they simply shrugged it off obviously not caring, and said oh sorry about that" and handed me the credit card machine. I filled out the survey they send to all patients after the appointment and explained the situation and never received a response.I have never had a problem with the Hygiene staff and I think they do a great job but other than that there is no reason for me to return here.Dental practices could use a lesson in customer service especially given the number of choices out there now."
