I was in a bind the Wednesday leading up to the Easter long weekend. My truck was leaking transmission fluid from the cooling lines. Everywhere I went, I was told they were too busy. Peter and the guys at STE found a way to get my truck in and fixed up before the long weekend! I could not ask for a better resolution.So, if you are looking for excellent service at an affordable price, call up the staff over at STE Automotive. You won't regret it!

I went for Car safety to be done as I was selling the car. I went there in February, they came and told me few concerns 1)one of the break lights not working, 2) right front ball joint has excessive play.These people know when you are in hurry to sell, you will fall for their gimmicks. I went ahead and paid for it as I wanted safety done. And I genuinely thought these people were nice guys and maybe my car needed those fixes.Safety was about to expire and one of the potential buyer wanted us to do safety again before going through the transaction. Thinking I had safety done here let me go there again. I went there and guess what.They come back saying we have few concerns. Again 1) break light needs to be changed, 2) this time hand break needs to be adjusted as the car rolls when put on hand breaks.I knew this time that they fooled my last time and they are doing this again.They charge no matter safety passed or not and they won’t pass it until you go for their recommendation.BEWARE OF THEIR SCAM TACTICS.Avoid going there.Save yourself some money and time. Pay 20-30 dollars extra and go for Canadian tire or some reputable. Don’t fall for $120plus tax gimmick of these people.

I had issues with my battery and alternator, went to other mechanics and they told me repair can only be done on appointment. I went to this guys and told them it was an emergency. Within an hour my car is fixed with brand new alternator and brand new battery. This was done at affordable rate without no extra cost for Express service. The job was also done professionally well.Thanks guys.

A great experience at ste automotive today. The two gentleman mechanics that quickly took my friends car in for a tire patch. Thank you for taking care of her in such a timely manner. Also to the nice receptionist for getting my friends phone from her car while it was being looked at and offering us a cool seat in the AC waiting room. We very much appreciate the outstanding service today. Would definitely recommend here.

I've been taking my car here since I got it on the recommendation of many friends and family. They always do their best to get you in as soon as possible and are very realistic on how long the work will take. I've since moved out of the area and I still choose to take my car here because of the super service!
