Lady at the counter refused to accept Subway Canada official coupons, we don't participate" were the exact words.. I was about to place a fairly large order but I was refused basically. 2 star for the cleanliness of the store only. Will not be back."

Very Dirty, staff not friendly. washrooms not maintained at all, no ice for fountain drinks. limited options for drinks. also sitting is maximum 16 I think.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Those are the only words I can use to describe both the food and customer service at this Subway Canada location. After getting home and taking a few bites of my oven roasted chicken breast sub, I quickly realized something was off. I unwrapped the sub and found the chicken had mould on it. I wrote to the store to let them know and they did nothing to address my concerns. The owner was actually quite rude. Order elsewhere.

Quality of customer service and food has gone down from last few months.Every other week i see new workers who are inexperienced and lack basic customer service skills.Owner should try to retain the employees and also raise the food quality.

This subway location USED to be great! New owners now. Four (4) times I went at lunch time and no multigrain, whole wheat bread! “We run out”! Be better prepared! 3 strikes and your out! 4 times I must find somewhere else.Small portions, overcooked hard cookies. This is MY experience here and “in my opinion”

DO NOT GO HERE! This location has a new owner and the food quality is so low and cheap. The food is not fresh and the portion is so small. Stay away there is a much nicer location one block north.

Today I visit subway it’s was worst experience for me I am thinking about the bread and ask do you have Italian herbs and cheese she take and cut bread for me and when turn go to veggies very dirty veggies station as well as cucumber and onion container is empty. She is girl she use earpod in her ear. And as you can check the picture how she made it .
