My fiancee, our 2-years old Goldendoodle and I stayed at the Livmore for 2 months through DelSuites. We highly recommend it!The service from DelSuites was amazing. We had special extension/booking needs since we were in Toronto for medical reasons. Suelyn Bloye provided us with impeccable service and we really loved the support from DelSuites staff.The Livmore is also an amazing building, would highly recommend DelSuites and the Livmore as a prime spot in downtown Toronto!

Great new place to stay with great amenities and services in the most amazing location in downtown Toronto. Walking distance to the city attractions, hospitals, restaurants with easy access to public transport. Friendly and helpful staff, clean furnished rooms, 24 hours security services. It has everything we needed for our month long stay. For me it was definitely Home away from home" . Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Highly recommended."

I am new to Canada. I arrived here last month and I opted for DelSuites for my initial stay of 30 days. I liked the apartment first instance I saw snaps on their official website. Once I reached the apartment, I found it better than the pictures. Pictures could not do justice to the real efforts and thought given by DelSuites to turn this apartment into a home. They say it right: LIVE WHERE YOU LOVE. That's what happened in my case.To start with, you just need to buy your groceries and rest everything else is covered by DelSuites. Be it utensils, cutlery, electrical appliances, Bath Toiletries, Vacuum Cleaner, Entertainment - TV, strong wifi connection, etc. The list goes on and on. I really liked the vibe of the apartment, it was lively, fresh and positive. Considering I had to self-quarantine for 14 days I believe it was the best decision to go with DelSuites for my initial stay in this beautiful country. Downtown Toronto is an amazing place and if you want to be here ---> DelSuites is the right thing to go with.I rented 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom apartment in The Livmore building on 55 Gerrard Street West. Amenities are amazing too. They have Gym area, Game area, Terrace sitting, etc.So to sum up I loved the apartment and my stay was convenient and amazing.Thanks to DelSuites team to making me feel home in CANADA.

Long elevator waits, heavy perfume smell in lobby, to many rules with such little freedom at such a high price. I recommend manulife for the same price.
