I have been a customer for years now, and they have always been patient and given good advice. I strongly recommend them to anyone with a pool and/or hot tub in the area.

These guy are great have done extensive research before buying a hot tub and went to 5 different places and with talking with Chad gave me more knowledge on the spas. Very friendly staff. Would recommend to everyone for sure

Awesome Family Business!We purchased a 30' above ground pool & spa from them about 6 years when they were still Fingers Lakes Pool & Spa. I still remember the day we stopped in to see about getting an above ground pool. We had already done some shopping at other local pool places and just weren't happy with what we found. We just happened to drive by one day and decided to stop in! Jim & Mike were awesome to work with! They were both very knowledgable and gave us a ton of information on pools & spas and helped us narrow down what would work best for us. They also made us feel very comfortable & we didn't feel pressured into making a decision on the spot. We actually were going to go home & discuss and make our final plans by the end of the month, but we ended up going back later that same day & purchasing because we were so impressed! The pool install was quick & seamless! Couldn't have asked for a better crew! The spa delivery went very smoothly as well! Mike walked us through how to use everything and make sure all of our questions were answered before he left! Couldn't ask for better service!Since then we have used them for all of our pool & spa supplies, as well as opening & closing our pool & even for some spa maintenance. We have always had awesome & reliable service! We highly recommend them! They go above & beyond to provide high quality customer service!

We heard about Krossber Brothers when we bought a home with a pool and the previous owner highly recommended we use their services. They are fantastic!! Super accommodating, knowledgeable with incredible customer service. Today Ian and Tim showed up to open our pool and install our new salt system. They were quick and efficient. Ian went above and beyond to explain how it works and how to maintain the new system AND also gave us tons of helpful information about maintaining our pool and all its components (First time pool owners) Very appreciative of all the extra time and information I received today. This is a great company that stands behind their products and makes sure everything goes smoothly after the sale. A great choice for customers that are new to hot tubs as well. They go out of the way to make sure everything is explained and easy to understand. I highly recommend!

One of the most professional and pleasurable places to do business with. I bought my inground pool from a different business. Every week I went in for chemicals, it felt like I was being an inconvenience. I switched my business to Krossber Brothers 5 years ago and couldn’t be happier. Every single employee is fantastic to deal with!! Last year after 14 years of use my pool needed a new liner. I didn’t consider any other pool store but Krossber Brothers to do the work. Spoke with Jimmy at length about the process and not only did I get a great product at a great price, but Jimmy explained the benefits of doing it in the fall versus the spring and I am so glad I did. Do business with these guys, whether you need weekly chemicals or a whole new inground liner. Top notch specialists. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

As first time hot tub owners, we have found the customer service at Krossber to be exceptional, from purchasing and installation to patiently answering our many maintenance questions as we learned how to balance the water. When we had an unexpected problem after a year of flawless operation, the folks at Krossber walked us through some troubleshooting steps. When those solutions failed to resolve the issue, they made the trip to our home and fixed the issue quickly and professionally within 24 hours of the first call. All local businesses should strive to have customer service like Krossber's, and we would absolutely recommend doing business with them any time. 5 stars
