The 1 star rating is for one experience and one employee only. I’ve had multiple great experiences as well. My mom never goes tanning and we had a wedding coming up so I invited her to join me for a tan. It is a normal thing to take off your shoes when you go tanning but for my mom that’s new. My mom cheerfully walks in and walks down the stairs with her shoes on and says “hey how’s it going !?” The woman looks at her and rudely says “take your shoes off.” My mom says “omg I’m so sorry” and proceeds to take her shoes off. This woman rolls her eyes and scoffs. I have never been so EMBARRASSED AND ASHAMED to take my mother somewhere. I have had some rude girls serve me here but nothing as bad as this. The girl was wearing slippers and pink hair. If you come across her proceed with caution. Lol
