I have an old grandfather clock that wasn't running for a few years. Not only were all of the repairs done, he somehow made it sound good. I am very impressed since it is missing a chime rod. Beyond happy my grandpa's old clock is running again!

Brought my German Jauch clock to get fixed there because the chimes were not working. He charged me $75 to oil it. He said he needed to keep it for a week to make sure it works properly. Almost two weeks past since I left it with him and he never called to give me an update nor did he do the job. He did not answer my calls and I started to get worried because he does this out of his house and not a store. He finally called me back when my husband called him. He told me that he had not gotten to it to finish my clock and I could pick it up the next day. Hence, he never took the time to check it for a week like he said he would. The pendulum is too fast, and this was something he was supposed to check for during the week he kept it. Not at all pleased and will not return.
