Everyones experience is different thankfully.I had an issue with a newly purchased phone. No service, roaming, no connection, a lot of back and forth between my provider and the store. Even accessory issues. It was like anything bad that could happen was happening.Then read the reviews and for sure thought I was doomed to be stuck with this faulty phone for the next 2 years. (Phone box condition review)Not the case at all. Sylvie went above and beyond to help, the end result was better than I could of ever asked for.

I have dealt with Darlin Klein several times at the Mobile Shop in Zehrs Stratford, as my family has three cell phones purchased and upgraded there over the years. Darlin is a wonderful person, very knowledgeable in all aspects of dealing with cell phones. She is very quick to solve any problems in the best way for her customers and is excellent when having to contact providers and talk to their agents. I have always left the store more than satisfied, last time I even gave her a hug! Keep up the great work Darlin, you deserve a pay raise!

Yesterday after my daughters cell phone seized up we went to The Mobile Shop in Zehrs Stratford to look at a new phone. We selected a new model and we given a number of promotional items with the phone. By the time we left the store the staff had the new phone with all her history and new case, etc. installed and she negotiated with my current cell company on my behalf so I have a much better and cheaper program then before. Thank you The Mobile Shop staff. Great service.

As I just purchased a new phone from the mobile shop in Stratford zhers and still inside the 15 day return policy that most phone companies have the refused my return over a small crease in the cardboard sleeve this place can hoop it
