I bought a body scrub and was told that it can be returned if used less than 10% within 3 months. I purchased it for 21.50 and had the receipt but since they use customer’s phone no while the purchasing, it’s obvious they store the customer purchase history. The other part of the story.. I went today to the store to return the scrub as it wasn’t useful at all. Firstly the girl in the front counter said she cannot take it back as it is used more than 80%. But upon i mentioned it’s just used twice, she called her manager and the manager explained it to her that it was eligible for return. The next part of the story comes when they try to fool people/ it’s the strategy of the business, I mentioned that i don’t have the receipt at the moment as they my customer profile. They mentioned that they don’t have any purchasing records. Okay, I agree. Next the manager told me that she can give me a gift card instead if I don’t have the receipt for $16. She very well knew that it was way more than $16 but she tried to take advantage of the fact that I was not carrying the receipt. However I remembered that the amount was over $20. So I refused to take the gift card and agreed to bring the receipt as I was sure that the product was more than $16. So being such a reputed brand, first of all they only collect customer’s phone no for marketing purposes. Nothing else. They don’t have any point system neither they store any purchase history. Secondly I was so shocked to see the behaviour from the manager of such a reputed store. Please keep your eyes and ears open next time when you purchase anything from this store. 0/5

The woman who helped me was very good. She showed me a few lotions that had floral scents. Though I didnt find what I had pictured in my head for a scent there, the staff was very good. I do love their candles

Always love a great sale!! But when we bought this body butter today, it seemed like someone had already used it. It's my fault for not checking first before buying, but didn't think there would be a problem. I suggest the company put a seal on their products so only the sample ones are to be used.

Always has good service. Love the mist sprays and body washes! There are so many scents...easy to access and try on. There are deals every couple weeks..check it out!

Always a fun place to shop, great scents and products. Staff is generally friendly and available to help. Today, not one person greeted/offered assistance. 6 staff members on the floor, and not one approached me. The cashiers were super friendly and helpful though.

I noticed how open and welcoming the associate Gabby was while greeting guests that entered the store, her presence provides the most welcoming atmosphere obtainable. Would highly recommend she be promoted soon.

They've always got great prices on their soaps! I also always have on hand one of their lovely smelling hand sanitizers and from time to time I enjoy buying a new hand sanitizer holder! There's always new and cute designs to choose from. You could honestly make collectors items out of them.
