This Ma and Pa shop did a great job on repairing rear end damage on my vehicle. Got me in quick and the job was done even faster. Very friendly and helpful staff! Highly recommend this shop.

Excellent service. Fair Price. The work was impressive. I had a small dent and scuff on a rear door panel. Ferny's fixed it for me and I am so impressed to see that no one would ever know the car had been damaged. Perfect colour match on my 2007 vehicle. Friendly and the car was ready as promised. Highly recommend.

I came in to see what the cost would be to fix my bumper. A friendly and knowledgeable individual named, Moe, came to assess the bumper. Instead, he fixed it in a matter of minutes and made it look brand new! Whoever his employer is should give Moe a raise for his expert tackling of this situation. Thanks a bunch Moe, you rock!

Just terrible. Avoid all together. Took 3 weeks to source glass, then 3 more weeks to fix a window and change tires with some very minor paint work. I was without my truck for 6 weeks. Then the best part oh your truck was older so we are only covering part of the damage that took place during the vandalism. The rest is on you

Ferny's did an absolutely incredible job of replacing my car's bumper. They fitted me into their schedule ASAP, and were able to get it done even earlier than when I needed my car back for. They also repaired a couple of other, unrelated paint scuffs on my car for no charge, and vacuumed out the interior. My car has never looked so good. They are kind, beyond accommodating, and clearly care a lot about their customers. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The staff at Ferny's are professional and courteous. The body shop that does the work isn't so good. I brought my Tesla from out of town to have a very small dent fixed. The dent was initially caused by a tesla technician in Vancouver. However, since there was two things that needed to be fixed the body shop missed the subtle dent. It's hard to find but when you're cleaning your car you can't miss it.

Kelsey and Sandra were really helpful in getting my car repaired through an icbc claim. They even offered me with a loaner car to use in the meanwhile. Excellent service and wonderful people.
