This is a review reflecting our experience leasing a car with Toyota, and how Mehdi made the process easier for us. First and foremost, we went in not having decided on the car, and Mehdi spent considerable time going over the options, finally helping us decide on a suitable choice. Word to the wise, ask questions when in doubt. Mehdi provided us with detailed information about each car, as well as a thorough breakdown of every step of the leasing process. Second, while the waiting time for a new car can be upward of 6 months, we were able to drive away with ours exactly within one month. To summarize our experience with Mehdi, I can say he under promised and over delivered, and rightfully so, our experience so far has been a delight. Last but not least, Mehdi remained available to the degree that he could during the waiting period, answering any and all questions that we could come up with.

went today for my new Rav4 hybrid “first free service’ and also for oil changei told the service advisor to check my left front tire for leakage.oh well maybe they don’t care or actually service my car because of “free” service they had offeredthey claimed the tire is normaland sure i had a flat tire once homereally !? i paid for $100 oil change and the first free maintenance (offer) and i addressed my concern which was not fixeddisappointing for such a big name in this industry. i trust my own mechanic only. would not go back for service no matter what
