Molly Maid Kelowna

My husband and I were injured in a car accident and cleaning has been very hard for us to do. Molly Maid have been excellent, cleaning our house weekly. The staff is super pleasant and very diligent in their cleaning. I would definitely recommend them for all your cleaning needs.

Our experience with Molly Maid Kelowna was not good. We originally called Molly Maid because my wife was injured and needed help with the housework. Previously, we have hired maids before and two maid have completed our 1900 square foot home in 2 hours and have done an exceptional job. We thought we would try Molly Maid, they sent over two maids and it took 5 hours. My wife ended up having to clean with them and afterwards because they didn't do everything we had asked. When we told the owner of Molly Maid Kelowna all she didn't even acknowledge my concerns. I would never use Molly Maid again and would certainly never recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible service. First off, if they show up at 10:59 they will be billing you for 10:45. Second, two of them took 4 hours to do a move out clean. I couldn't notice a single difference. the walls were streaky and only went as high as they could reach. They missed appliances which needed cleaning and i don't even think a vacuum was turned on. The house was empty so this shouldn't have been a hard job. Worst part of it all was you HAVE to pay on the spot (which is fine) but don't expect an invoice even if you text them 4 times asking for one. Can't believe i paid $400 for this service. I would have done it myself considering i had to spend two hours cleaning what they didn't.

Terrible experience. I hired Molly Maid for my 82-year-old mother who lives alone, because I wanted a good reputation I could count on - what a joke. The first service was excellent and the second was shockingly bad. Her garbage and recycling were left tossed in a stairwell of her apartment, bath mats were left in her bathroom sink, the shower curtain was pulled off the rings and left crammed into the soap dish, the bed skirt was pulled out and left hanging, the kitchen floor wasn’t swept or washed, no dusting done, they made multiple phone calls during the cleaning to plan their social events for the evening, they asked it they could have her refundables and she felt she couldn’t say no, three came instead of two and one simply stood there with arms folded and didn’t clean. This is one little old lady living in less than 1,000 square feet, this should have been as easy as it gets. They were rude and dismissive to her. It was a horrible experience and she’s very upset and shaken and very worried about us hiring anyone else to help her. Molly Maid makes a lot of promises on their website about cleaning for our elderly parents with adult children living out of town - don’t believe it. Worst cleaners I’ve ever hired.

Wonderful service! Have had Molly Maid for half a year now on a biweekly basis and I have always been impressed. Also very flexible with cleaning schedules if you go away on holidays. Recommend them to anyone!

I hired Molly Maid Kelowna for a clean as I had family coming to town. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I was scheduled in and how friendly the owner was. The ladies came for a couple of hours and left the place sparkling. I have never had my house this clean. The attention of detail of the ladies was impeccable. Needless to say I am now a biweekly customer and would recommend Molly maid to anyone looking for a one time or consistent clean. Thank you!

Used Molly maid to clean a 2 bedroom apt cuz we were to busy to clean it and moving at the same time. They charged us 350 dollars for 2.5 hours ... they didn’t have to do the floors only a kitchen and two bathrooms and the small laminate floor in those areas . There was dirt left in the drawers and in and on the oven, water spots on the mirror and hair and dirt in the sinks . The landlord said it wasn’t clean and we had to redo some things . I could have done a better job in an hour .. also never received an invoice just got charged to our credit card.

I recently had back surgery and the Molly Maid cleaners did a fantastic job. I never thought my bath tub would ever come clean due to mineral deposits etc. It came out sparkling even though it’s an old tub...
