Used their atm for the first time today and it ate my money. Took the envelope of cash and told me the transaction didn't process, but then never ejected the envelope out. When I went in, they told me there was nothing they could do, that I had to contact my Alberta branch and that it would take a few days.. looks like I'll be late on rent. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Very friendly and great service

New Bank. Called them this am to ask about setting up a small business account. Was told to come in and see someone to get started, but had to be there before 4:00, as they close at 4:30. I took 3 hours off of work to go and set this up. Arrived at 2:50, and was told they are closing soon and this takes too long to set up. Was told to take papers home, fill out and then make an appointment with them. We looked around the new building, not a sole in there, however, 2 employees talking to one another, 2 on computers, and another one on their cell phone. Pathetic...would never recommend this bank to anyone and they have just lost a business account. Disgusting.

Excellent customer service. We're not a customer of the bank but we go there regularly for vehicle insurance. Very friendly and efficient.
