My fiance and I purchased our first 5th wheel from a family member who stored and had maintenance done on it at Runners RV. She had spoken very highly of everyone here and upon picking up our newest addition, we got the very same experience she had raved about. Not only did they take the time to show us how to hitch for the first time, they filled up our water, and were happy to help us with any other questions we had. Had a problem with a slide while on vacationI felt as if these guys went above and beyond to get the trailer in a safe condition to get down the road so we were able to continue the vacation and get back home

Absolutely worst service ever. I guess we Only spend 60k. Nothing was done. It's been 8 months later still trying to get things fix. So yourself a favor go somewhere else.

Very friendly helpful folks. Bought a new camper last year. Had some minor issues but they were quick to fix with no charge. Definitely recommend buying local because they treat you right.

Friendly caring staff. Smiled and said hello. Asked if I needed help. Staff helped me load my purchase in my vehicle. Same happy staff. Again, I was asked if I needed help while hooking up my trailer after winter storage.

Stopped in the other day to make a sales call. Glad I listened to Google maps as Runners RV is in the process of moving to a larger location on McPhee rd. & 22 st N. This new location will be fabulous once it’s completed with a large showroom, parts area and many bays for service. Looking forward to seeing it once completed. They are open at this new location but bare with the staff which are working hard to help you during the construction, which should be completed very soon.

I have purchased a few trailers and traded a few here, and it has always been an easy transaction. Al and the team here are always good to me, and they have a great team of techs as well. They can be very busy at certain times of the year, which is totally understandable, but they did make sure I was able to get out camping when needed to. There is a ton of units to pick from so I'm sure you will have no problem finding one that fits your lifestyle, I DID!! Thank you Runners RV!!

With screaming little ones and 30+ degree weather we stopped in to Runner’s RV on our way to Sandpoint Idaho. We had a problem with our slide-out preventing us from travelling any further. Reg and Cathy dropped what they were doing to find a solution and get us on our way immediately!!A total display of understanding and selfless customer service. Our family will never forget this act of kindness.
