They very friendly staff restored and resoled 25 year old cowboy boots. Highly recommend this fantastic service.

I wish I could give zero stars to this shady business. I recommended my dad to them to get his suitcase fixed. We went on Sunday and one of the employee took the bag and told us that the minimum amount to fix the broken tire would be $25 and maximum with a NEW tire and NEW associated part would be $35. I decide to call them Monday morning as I didn't get any confirmation from them and a lady picks up the phone and tells me that a NEW tire and associated part is ordered and the price is actually $42 to get it fixed to which I ended up agreeing. You can already see the shadiness of them by randomly changing the price. Anyways, I end up picking up the suitcase today and the guy named Sam, the biggest cheater and thief just fixed the broken tire and demanded $42. He even took the suitcase away from me to the back of his shop as he thought I might run away with it. I told him to show me the broken wheel to which he told me that its in the garbage. I ended up paying him $40 as the suit case was quite important to my dad. I paid him cash as their shop states that repairs are cash only. Sam, biggest fraudster has the audacity to tell me that he will be paying $2 GST from his own pocket but he harps on and lectures every customer that repairs are cash only which is the most questionable thing at this scam centre

Excellent service and great turnaround time! Had zippers replaced on 2 pairs of work boots, top notch quality of materials and workmanship! A+++ will be going back for more repairs on other shoes!

Highly recommend this place, I brought my Jordans in for repair. I needed some stiching. They went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. They cleaned my Jordans,which they didn't charge me and I didn't ask them to. My shoes look 10 times better then when I brought them in. The also sell laces. I will be back and telling people about this place.

That have always been super helpful with my shoe/clothing repairs. Definitely my go to place. Also gave me advice on what type of footwear I should be avoiding as a bigger guy, to prevent back issues farther down the road. Very professional!

Brought some white chucks to repair an eyelet and get cleaned. They eyelet repair was great and service was great but they painted my shoes I had to scrape off all the paint and cleaned them myself better with spray 9. Summary great shoe repairs not recommended for cleaning.
