I ordered a veggie wrap and they gave me chicken wrap at drive thru when I entered inside to complain there was one lady SUNSHINE at front… she is very rude don’t know how to deal with customers.

HONEST REVIEW: I purposely drive out of my way to go to this Tim Hortons. Really the staff are great, but Mohan Preet Dhillon is simply the best service I have ever received at Tims. His attitude and attention to service give me a feeling of a real 5 star experience - which, may I note is rare for me to give. Seriously though, go and you'll see what I mean; he learned my name and welcomes me BY NAME before I say a wordg, remembers my order, makes conversation, amazing multitasker- just a brillent level service that exceeded my every expectation. And I have been to a lot of Tims almost daily over the past 25 years.See you soon!

Restaurant is very neat and clean, but it's on the smaller side. Love the fireplace and couch setup.

Stumbled here as we were in the area checking out main street. Fantastic customer service. The drive through line was very long. It was a lot shorter to order inside. There are lots of arrows inside to direct you for safety reasons of course. Two thumbs up!

Quick service and cleaner environment. This location is usually busy with a drive thru wait time about 5-10 minutes and walk in 3-8 minutes due to rush on Highway 27. Right now they are hiring massively. The foodland is in the same plaza.

I was rudely told by the manager that my card was declined as he overspoke another employee that was serving me. I kindly said I would be back with another card to leave my order there. I return back the manger had thrown my order out I was 5 minutes. Not only did he embarrass me in store he on purposely made me wait again for my order. Thanks !

Hi there is a big problem with all Tim hortons Location.Each time coffee taste differentI always order the same coffee. But Each time taste different. LACK OF CONSISTENCYIt's not about scenery..It's all about the productIf Tim hortons can't provide consistency that is very sadOther thing ..What is up with the SUGARextreme amount of sugar is added to all muffinsFor instanceRaisinBran muffin !Supposed to be more healthy due to bran product but instead is loaded with sugarCrazy and stupidI'm done

Girls on their headsets having conversations with one another. Laughing and not paying attention to customer waiting. Did not see me for awhile. No toilet paper in restroom.

The lady who took my order wasn't rude, but sure wasn't friendly. Then the staff forgot my wrap on the grill, cleared my order and left me waiting. When they finally saw me standing and waiting they asked if I wanted my food. Duh? I paid for it. They then dumped the contents of my burnt wrap into a new wrap, and handed it to me. And I still had to ask for the donut I also paid for.

Decent spot, tons of parking, easy access and simple drive-thru. Never seen it too busy. Food and drinks have been proper.
