Is there such a thing as a bad chocolate place? Not in my experience! We decided to indulge ourselves at this spot and ordered the fondue for two with milk chocolate and earl grey. The dish came with a generous assortment of fruits, a brownie, and a waffle. While the chocolate pots were not filled to the brim, there was still an ample amount. The chocolates were delicious, and everything was prepared with care. The prices were reasonable too. Our friends tried the larger plates, which allowed them to cook marshmallows over an open flame—an exciting experience. Another friend opted for the volcano brownie. The items were similar but creatively presented. If you're in the neighborhood, this is a great dessert place to satisfy your sweet tooth.

No one care you as soon as you walk in. We even go to the cashier to hope someone can offer a table/ menu. There was only two table occupied. Chairs are so broken old, it doesn't feel safe to sit on. Never again. Food isn't really worth the price tag. Drink made out of fake" powder. Not a real fruit."

Nice dessert but weird atmosphere. The place has changed a lot since it has new owner. It is smaller and not as pretty and before. I believe the menu hAs less options but the dessert actually taste yummy. The coffee is just ok. There are not much options in downtown Ottawa so you can check it out if you are near Byward market.

Firstly, the fondue was incredible. I had the “black and white” fondue with all fruit and it was delicious. And a great price at less than $15/person. I also had a macchiato that tasted wonderful. The service however, was less than wonderful. We waited over an hour for our fondue (we were only a group of 3) and it really didn’t appear that busy. We also didn’t have anyone ask how anything was and didn’t even see our waiter until we hunted her back down when we wanted to pay and leave. We would definitely try this place again, simply because it was so delicious and we hope to have a better experience with the service.

Late night breakfast/desert spot. Lots of seating, lovely staff, and wide rage of options on the menue. Larger plates and smaller snacks are available, with some options even including a personal grill for marshmallows. No liquor license.

Located in the core of By Ward. This Eatery in my opinion is a must stop. I arrived there as they’re were opening and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Our COVID documents were verified before being seated and we had a question air to fill through QR code for tracking purposes instead of having just our names written down on paper with a phone number. While we were there, I thought the service was fantastic, hard to tell if it would be any different if they were busy as there wasn’t anyone else there yet. From the beginning we were greeted and seated quickly and our orders were taken with food arriving quickly also.We opted for a Strawberry chocolate milk shake, cacao 70 hot chocolate and fondue for two with earl grey chocolate. My partner said it was the best milkshake they had tried (ever) and I must say, my hot chocolate was to die for! As for the fondue, I loved the concept and we had a good ratio of waffle, brownie bites and fruits to dip in our chocolate. My experience here was great and i have a lack of understanding as to why the negative reviews as I experienced none of the comments made with the 1 star reviews. I recommend this as a stop for any sweet tooth or chocolate lover!
