Do not come here if you are accustomed to professional services.On two occasions I left this place without receiving any services because they took on too many clients and could not respect appointments.Regardless if you make an appointment, they will not respect your time.Anywhere else would be better. Do not waste your time because they will not respect yours. Very disappointing.

I use their services for over the year regularly. They are great , professional and super friendly. Prices are reasonable. Definitely five stars

Very satisfied with their service. The pedicure was great and the foot massage was even better.I didn’t get a hand massage, but they did a great job on my nails.

Super rude. Made me wait over half an hour for all my scheduled appointments and I never complained. The one time I was late which I called them in advance to tell them I would be 10 mins late - they made me wait over half and hour and yelled at me for being late and told me they wouldn’t be able to do both a pedicure and manicure which I was very upset. I will not go again customers deserve respect.

I have been looking for a great nail salon in Pointe-Claire and have finally found it! They were very friendly and helpful and I loved how my nails turned out. I will definitely be coming back!

The ladies do a clean thorough pedicure. My toes look fresh rejuvinated. My gel nails last long. Hard working women. They love to please you and make you happy. I keep going back.

UPDATE:Returned to get a manicure. WOW! Amazing job on a French Manicure. Couldn't be happier with my new go-to-place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED************************************************************Basically, the lowest pedicure price I have found in the West Island so I was a bit hesitant to make an appointment, but it was a last minute decision. I am glad I did! Wide variety of nail colors to choose from . The lady that did my pedicure was amazing! I got there abit early and they took me in right away. I have been trying out new salons due to my past experience and all I can say is that Ongles Sexy will be my new go to place for a great pedicure. Very impressed and will go back soon for a manicure.
