The technician, Enoch was very professional. Arrived in time despite the bad weather . He came prepared with all parts needed. Did his thing, explained what he did, we signed repair confirmation receipt and appliance is running fine. Excellent Service!

I contacted Bosch regarding an E15 error code. TRAS was identified as an authorized repair company by Bosch. Gary was quick to reply to my email contacts by phone. When the technician (Amon) came in to fix the problem he was friendly and professional and got right to work to identify what was causing the error code. When he verified the source of the problem, he explained to me what was happening and showed me where the leak was. Amon replaced the failing part and corrected the issue. I am very happy to have my dishwasher back up and running and would not hesitate to deal with TRAS APPLIANCE again if needed in the future.

My fridge was not cooling and in this heat I was about to loose all my groceries. I call TRAS they arrived and check my fridge they were honest and upfront about the charges to fix my fridge. I called them in the morning and I had a technician at my home in the afternoon and my fridge was fixed. Thank you TRAS for you quick help. I would highly recommend this company.

Company used for warranty repair on dishwasher. Left dishwasher partially Uninstalled . I phoned to complain and all the other employee did was defend his fellow employee. It is now my mission for this company to lose there contract with fridgedaire. Don't use this company, they been dispatched 2x and dishwasher is still not functioning properly. The work order was left left blank so the warranty on the warranty repair will be hard to prove.

Tras Appliance was amazing!!! Jerry came and diagnosed the issue with my Bosch dishwasher. He came back a few days later and replaced the water inlet valve ( E:15 error code). Wonderful staff at the office as well….quick, efficient and friendly when it comes to scheduling. I highly recommend Tras Appliance!

I had called TRAS when other companies could not do the work. TRAS tech Aman arrived at my home on time and was prepared with parts and replaced my compressor in a hour an a half and my fridge has been working great ever since. thank you Aman and TRAS for you great customer service.

Referred to TRAS by LG for my brand new washing machine which had issues with the inner spring - The appointment was setup promptly and Ayman was the technician. The issue was resolved promptly - the technician was very polite and professional, knowledgeable. I can highly recommend TRAS for your daily appliance repair / needs.

Would rate 2.5 star if it was an option.Tras was referred to us by LG.The service rep who came to our home was very professional. No issues with the service rep.Fridge broke on New Year’s Day. We called a local tech who diagnosed the compressor as the problem. This company told us the compressor is under warranty and to go through LG.LG referred us to Tras. When the Tras service rep arrived with the part, to fix the fridge, he gave us a breakdown of costs, one being a $79.95 service charge. We did say that we had already had another company in to diagnose our fridge and questioned why we would pay the service fee. The rep said we’re charged regardless. We had been without a fridge for 10 days at that point, they had the part, so we had the fridge repaired. My concerns:1. We already had the fridge diagnosed by another company. Tras came in knowing the issue and with the part, why the service fee?2. Service fees are, in my experience, waived when the homeowner has the work completed with the same company.3. We were not told about the service fee charge at time of booking the appt.The service tech was in our home for almost two hours, we were charged $450 for labour.Customers, do your due diligence, get all costs up front. Get more than one quote.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had this business referred to us by LG to come and perform diagnostics and possible repair to a LG stove that had one of its heating elements not working. Prior to the visit we were informed by the above business an $80 “service call” fee will be applied (just to come to the address) before any diagnostics or work is done! When this person showed up he quickly inspected the stove and determined there was a loose connection in the non working heating element on the stove, which he tightened using some tools and the stove was fixed! It took 20min for him to complete this! He then proceeded to charge us $350.24 - $80 service call fee and $229.95 for half hour of labor plus $40.90HST!As soon as this individual left we called LG and asked to get a quote with a different contractor for the same problem just to see what the price discrepancy would be!We got a quote with a different company for the same amount of work for ONLY $150+hst and NO $80 SERVICE CALL FEE!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!STAY AWAY and safe your money! Do a comprehensive price matching research before you pick up the phone.

This company was terrific, from the first call where they explained what I needed to do to have the dishwasher manufacturer pay them for the warrantee work, to the technician who came with all the parts he might need, just in case. He was polite, knowledgeable and fast!
