Go somewhere else. I cancelled my appointment here. The front desk staff were incredibly rude, ignored my practitioners referral and made me feel like I needed to provide more details of my injury for them to take me seriously. If you’re not a compassionate individual, maybe don’t work the front desk of a physio clinic. I ended up cancelling my appointment to avoid the front desk. There are so many great physio offices out there (like Islandview Physiotherapy) who make you feel comfortable and taken care of. Avoid this place!

I had three massage sessions with Courtenay Neville-Rutherford and was really impressed with her. Courtenay did a fantastic job. Very professional. I'm really impressed, would recommend the clinic to friends and will be definitely coming back

Shame on you Madelyn Jones. I've been attending this clinic from north cowichan for the last 4 years and never have I had any problems with the front end staff regarding the treatment I was sent here for. If your practioner referred you to them, then they must consider them a worthy clinic. Would they not need to ask questions on your condition to properly treat you? It's not so much about compassion, it's about making sure you are properly treated. That's my opinion and I'm entitled to it.

I had Tyler work on my lower back. He was knowledgable, informative, and helpful. I am discerning almost picky, he's good.

I started going there about a month and a half ago, I started with massage and Jennifer was great, and then I had to switch to physio as my hamstring injury worsened. Physiotherapist Tyler is amazing, he currently helps me through the process of healing and I find it extremely helpful.Admin staff is also great there and overall it very friendly place with very professional staff. I would totally recommend it.

After only 3 appointments, Tyler Lawson's incredible compassion, years of experience, and top-notch expertise resulted in total relief from leg pain that had been bothering me for nearly 10 years. He explained everything clearly and gave me a program of exercise that was surprisingly easy AND effective. Hopefully, I'll never need physiotherapy again but, if I do, I will be reaching out to Tyler at Peninsula Physiotherapy Clinic.

Thank you for that :) As for the actual treatment, Linda worked magic on my knee. I appreciated her low-expense advice re exercises and stretches I can do at home. Thank you, great team.

As a physiotherapist myself, I would recommend any of my patients be treated at Peninsula. Linda has amazing assessment and treatment skills, really cares about each one of her patients.

I've seen Linda a couple of times, once for a shoulder sprain, and more recently for lower back pain. Linda is very knowledgeable and prescribed great at-home exercises for me.For the back pain, I had previously spent $10,000 and 3 years seeing a chiropractor with limited results (my fault for not seeing Linda first since I already knew about her). I went to see Linda and learned that the chiro had given the wrong diagnosis. With a few appointments and 3 months of doing Linda's exercises, my back was so much better and I could sit without pain for much longer periods. I only wish I had a time machine so I could have gone to Peninsula Physiotherapy Clinic first.
