I've had the best experience at Puretone. Syed is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of hearing and hearing aid devices. He communicated very clearly, despite my hearing loss and was able to explain the different options that modern hearing aids offer. The followup visit and adjustment process was also the best I've encountered. Syed carefully understood all the comments I had and helped me with the best hearing upgrade I've had in years! Thank you Syed and Alicia! Highly recommended!

After several visits, which includes hearing test, a referral for further tests, and getting the right hearing aid, I had an excellent experience with them. They were patient, professional, and very helpful through the entire process. And the secretary was very pleasant to deal with as well. Kudos for the entire staff and business!!!
