They are liers. They charged me for the towing of my car, although it was covered by my Canadian Tires Roadside Assistance. The towing guy's boss said that he checked in my file (with roadside assistance) and my insurance does not cover the towing of the car, although he had no way to check it and it was a complete lie.

The owner of this business is bad tempered and extremely rude. I called him from Toronto and he shouted at me to speak French. He has my car, as it was stolen in Toronto, and Surete Quebec stopped it close to Montreal. He will not speak to my insurance company, since the agent in Toronto cannot speak French. Talk about a lousy attitude to your customers!

We were travelling to Ontario and had a mechanical issue. A police officer called this business. They very quickly arrived with a tow truck and took us to their garage. The part required was ordered and delivered and the very qualified and friendly mechanic repaired our truck and we were back on the highway in no time. A huge thanks to the mechanic and staff.
