Excellent service with respect to my Husqvarna automower. Had a problem with a guide wire break some two years after the first install (no fault of Jerry’s) and Kyle diagnosed and replaced wire at no charge. Jerry's RV is awesome! We were just passing through the Wolfville area from out of province in our motorhome RV when we encountered an electrical problem. Even though the service team was completely swamped, the service manager Scott said he would try to squeeze us in, even if he had to do it himself. He said that they really want to make sure that all out of province travellers are treated well so that they leave Nova Scotia with the best possible impressions of the province and Nova Scotians. And boy did Scott, his service team and Jerry's RV ever accomplish that goal! We were on our way again in almost no time at all and were able to stay on schedule for our next stop in Digby. This is clearly a business run with honesty and integrity as exemplified by Scott and the service team. If a random unscheduled service customer gets taken care of that well, I can only imagine how great their regular customers get taken care of! I can personally highly recommend Jerry's RV!

I've lived in New Minas for a good 4 months now and Jerry's has bailed me out twice already. First time, they were able to quickly get me in and do an MVI on my covered utility trailer so I could change my plates. Second time, the wiring harness on my Korean-made tow vehicle quit. Called the dealer and they said they could get me one for $150 bucks and it would take 3 days to ship. Instead, I called Jerry's, sure enough they had the harness I needed, in stock, and they charged a much more reasonable $60.Anything towing related, I'm going to save myself the time and energy and just go straight to Jerry's. You should too.

We've always had good service from Jerry's, since the first time we needed an RV repair for a slide out that wouldn't slide out! They fixed it good and fast, and hubby watched them carefully so he knew what to do when it happened again the following year. This spring (2023) we had a non-working furnace, and after attempting DIY, decided we needed to get Jerry's to take a look. They said it might be 4-5 weeks as it was their busy time, but arrive the following Thurs and after 2 hours, had it repaired with a new thermostat that was the issue. We've gone there to pick up various parts, including new replacement light units for the unit and always helpful, friendly staff there willing to offer advice as well as great service. Others may have a different opinion but we recommend Jerry's for their service and their pricing.

Pros: Friendly, Reasonably Price, Great Product.Cons: Out of the way town.I had an appointment at Jerry's RV on Monday August 31st, 2020 for 1:00 PM.I had a three hour drive to get to the location which is right in town in New Minas. I arrived in town around 11:00 AM which allowed us to go and eat at A&W and do a little shopping in town before the appointment. I then headed to Jerry's RV for the appointment and arrived around 12:00 PM. I was greeted by a very friendly employee named Tracey which took our car to the mechanic to have the hitch and electrical work done to it. While this was happening, we were shown the trailer by Chardell. We had bought the trailer online with the help of Delaney, which was super friendly and made it nice and easy for us. Once we were finished being shown the trailer, we went inside and meet with Tracey which then we finished off the paperwork. As there was a lot of work to be done to the car to be ready, we waited in the trailer until the car was ready. Around 5:00 PM we got the car back and the mechanic finished off the last bit to make the trailer safe for us to drive off.Overall the experience was what we wanted from another RV place, but now we have an RV place that we know we will be taken of care very well. I wish the location would have been closer, but that's minor, it just means now next year I'll be going up to that area of Nova Scotia for some travel adventures.Keep up the great work.Whiskeyjack Explorations

Had a problem with my Hot Water Heater while camping in Pugwash, contacted Dometic who put is in touch with Jerry's R V. Talked with Scott and he was very knowledgeable and able to isolate the problem and gave us some tips to check for the problem. It turned out exactly what he thought. Was able to luckily get a temperature cutoff fuse in Amherst. Saved our vacation! Thank you Scott.

I really needed an MVI on a trailer done. When I called, April answered the phone and walked me through the process of having to it for the first time. Once I was able to get everything correct through Access Nova Scotia, even though they were very busy, they fit me in quickly to get me on my way. Even the mechanic was very helpful and courteous since he had to delay his lunch to help me. This is a class act business who has reasonable prices and knowledgeable staff. Even though it is a longer drive for me, they are top notch and now have ALL my trailer business. Great company!

Very friendly staff, and willing to accommodate. Our Teardrop trailer was shaking on the highway, we thought maybe bearings. They fit us in that day, allowed us to leave the trailer while we continued to sightsee. Came back and problem solved. Great staff, great service.

I don't often give a 5 start review but they were wonderful to deal with. Tracey was wonderful and really took the time to make sure we were making a purchase to suit our family. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would recommend them easily.
