By far this was the best service I have ever gotten from walking into a Bell mobility store. Salesman Sam helped me out so much. He had great customer service and made me feel welcome. His knowledge of the products, the plans, and more made me feel comfortable in trusting Bell. With bell being in the Parkplace mall, I went to another store and talked to a girl at the till about my great experience and she said that Sam helped her and her husband with getting new phones and plans too and that he helped them out a lot. Sam made me feel like a person and not just another customer or a number to check off. If I go into the bell store again, I would hope that Sam would be the person I get to help me. The store was clean, organized and very professional. We need more community like this!

We had the most fantastic experience we ever had in any retail establishment tonight. The staff was great overall. We dealt with Kayla who was extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and efficient. She made us Bell customers for life! We would highly recommend visiting this store. It is next level customer service in a no stress environment. Extremely great pricing compared to competitors. We felt very valued as patrons here. I had a pleasant experience at the store. Dax went out of his way to ensure that he sorted out my issue even though it took quite a while. He did the necessary consultations with head office and did not stop till it was finalized.

Recently upgraded our cell phones and plan. Excellent service by Dax, lots of advice and information on how we can better save. Highly recommend.

I had Kayla as my sales consultant when I upgraded my phone and added another line to my contract. Kayla was super friendly and very knowledgeable she made the process go by so quick and easy that I ended up losing track of time getting caught up in conversation! The other sales consultant Sam was also super friendly and I would definitely recommend park place bell to anyone looking for a hassle free phone set up!

I went to update my iPhone today. 2 hrs later…Add to that: the sales dude (won’t mention a name) lied about 2 things: my current phone case fitting the new phone (it did), and the usefulness of my existing charger (it is perfectly compatible). Me thinks he was trying to deceive me in favor of upping his sale game. NOT cool that he tried to play me for a fool.
