Paesano's Italian Restaurant
We always used to pass by here, and so I finally came here with my family. We were greeted warmly upon arrival. Food was delicious. It was busy, but the food still came out hot and the ingredients used were fresh and tasted great! Tables were clean. Perfect for all occasions! As Tony the Tiger in the Frosted Flakes commercial says: They're grrreat!After the first time, my wife and kids always suggest going here to eat.Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area. As Arnold Schwarzenegger says in the Terminator movies: I will be back.""

Paesano's Italian Restaurant
Started with Calamari with pesto sauce which was bland, also ordered the Fettuccini Dela Casa which was also bland. The Eggplant & Zucchini was alright. We were the last table for the night and one of the chef started an argument blaming the waitress on some error. There was another arguement where a lady(owner?) was yelling at the kitchen staff for another staff not showing up to work. Not professional, will not return.

Amazing!!! I love the locations!! Right on the deck!! I dont know what everyone is talking about crappy service but I thought it was great plus the manager is such an awesome guy and the food....my god is it great!!! Will definitely come back here even though I live in burnaby

I took my mom there for mother's day. My first visit there 4 years ago was great so I had my expectations. I made reservations for 2 and was seated in a corner facing the wall which made us feel as if we were in time out" but as a server myself

My wife and I decided to try out Paesano's for a special date night.For our starter, we had the Escargot special with curry and lime dressing. Firstly, I've not yet had a chance to visit Italy but I'm quite sure a A True Taste of Italy" doesn't include curry. Just a thought.Secondly

Was sightseeing in Steveston and wanted a quiet place to have lunch. We decided on Paesano’s. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful in describing the lunch specials. She recommended the pizza bread appetizer and it was very good. I ordered the seafood with linguini and really enjoyed it. It was full of wild salmon, white fish, shrimp, bay shrimp, calamari, clams and mussels in a delicious sauce. My wife had the Shrimp Napoli and loved it. Our friend with us had the minestrone soup and also loved it. She said the vegetables were firm and plentiful and said the broth was delicious and full of flavor. As we were leaving the owner/chef stopped us to inquire what we thought of our meal. We all agreed that if we lived in the area (we live in the Los Angeles, Ca area), his restaurant would be on our preferred list.

Pros: food was excellent, not your average pasta place. The location is good too, and the deck.Cons: the menus could be more spiffy, my wife's lobster filled raviolis were on the salty side, and when we had to rush out they did not have a to-go cup for our latte.
