Awful experience. We rented weeks in advance and less than a day before moving day they switched it to another location. People over the phone were unprofessional. Definitely do not recommend dealing with this one.

There was a kid at the counter: Sacha Carnevale. He charged me for bigger boxes than what I got. He said the card machine wasnt working so he entered my card number manually, and frauded the card. 4000$ on the credit card spent 2 hours later.Apparently it is not the only fraud incident. Best to avoid this place..

Everything worked out fine, but I don't remember seeing on their website that you have to refuel their truck yourself. Oh well

Most unprofessional service ever! They wanted me to pick up a truck in person where their store was closed and the reservation was made for pick up over their app! They also cut me off over the phone when I called them.Worst rental company ever, their app its totally confusing and useless.

Reserved a truck a month in advance, only to find out 12 hours before a big move, that we’d have to travel 1.5 hours outside of the city to retrieve the truck, because the location we were supposed to pick up from doesn’t have them. Beware!!!!

Their website says that they offer trailers at this location.They do not offer trailers at this location.The staff, however, was helpful in helping me find a location that does offer trailers.

They pretend like they have available rentals at the location you want and then call a few hours later to try to bait and switch you to another location further away. Don't trust this company.
