I came here with my mom on our way out to Kingsville and I will be making this a regular stop on my way from now on. Delicious classic style breakfast like when I was a kid. Real potatoes, lots of cheese, delicious coffee, and still the original owner who was there when we went. Very heartwarming and I love that this place hasn't changed with the times and hasn't sacrificed quality for a few more bucks. Highly recommend.

Very fast and friendly service. Waitress was great!. Nice personality. Breakfasts came with little waiting and nice and warm. Diner atmosphere. Very casual. Had the eggs Benedict . On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a 7. The sauce was a bit bland.

Corned Beef Benny Bowl is pictured. Absolutely delicious. I love these kind of places. Small diner type restaurant with plenty of space. Great menu, fantastic service and excellent food. Will definitely return.

Great breakfast, served fast and hot. Plenty of seating but still seems to keep the food going out even when it's packed. Really liked the service as well and certainly can't beat the prices!

Met at Rose’s with a group of friends for lunch, staff were friendly, food was great. Will definitely be back.

It's a cute little restaurant but needs to be cleaned. The curtains had coffee stains on it and there was a thick layer of dust on the Wayne scotting. Everyone seemed very friendly and service was great. But the food seemed rushed. The eggs were over easy but the whites were really runny, the home fries were barely cooked and were only fried on one side. The sausage was barely cooked even after asking to have them cooked well done. I don't think we'll ever go back.

Slow service. Abit of a scam to get more money outta you. Food was awful and flavorless. Sausage wasn't fully cooked. Coffee was filled to the rim and spilled on the table. Cream was room temperature and curdled in the coffee. Small portions. Pricey. Not impressed will not be returning

Stopped in for a quick take out coffee this morning. Best take out coffee I have ever had! Hands down better than Tim’s, Starbucks, or McD’s. Thanks!
