William from Village Interiors recently installed new window blinds in our living room, room darkening blinds in a bedroom and cellular shades in our loft awning windows. Top notch job! We were impressed with both William and Christina's professionalism, knowledge of the products, and friendly service. They went above and beyond what we expected, even repairing older blinds that we bought years ago from another company. They responded quickly to any inquiries we had. Meeting them for the first time we felt we'd known them for years. Very personable! We would highly recommend Village Interiors. Whenever we need updated window coverings we'll be contacting Village Interiors again.

I have been a customer of Village Interiors for close to 20 years. They stand behind their products 100% and I have only bought quality products from them. Just recently I visited the store requiring a longer blind wand. They just happened to have one that was not used in a previous installation and gave it to me! That really blew me away! 2 great experiences with Village Interiors. They installed our blinds and shutters 15 years ago when we built our first house. We were very happy with their work and we decided to go with them again for our renovation this year. William and Christina were always very prompt responding and helpful through the process. They understand good old fashioned customer service. A few of our original products from 15 years ago had some colour fading and William did all of the leg-work with Hunter Douglas to get the product replaced at no cost to us. We would highly recommend them.

Village Interiors has repeatedly gone above and beyond in providing excellent service and quality workmanship. William installed quality roller blinds in our house nearly 15 years ago which are still looking great and functioning perfectly. Several years after the first installation he returned to match blinds in a new addition and we were very pleased with the ease in which this was accomplished. They have consistently provided friendly and efficient service. When recently i needed to replace a small part of one of the blinds in just a phone call Christina was able to determine the part I needed and make it available for me to pick up that day! I would definitely recommend Village Interiors.

From taking the time to go through all the options to installation, we've had a great experience with Will and Cristina. Knowledgeable, Quality and Care, and the two nicest people that you could ever work with. Grimsby is known for the nicest and most caring people. Will and Cristina are 2 reasons why, and why to go with a family business that's been around as long as they have serving their community. I can't thank Village Interiors enough for all their prompt and excellent service. They put some of my california blinds in years ago, which I love! they are great. When I did my kitchen reno's Will was very kind to come and give me suggestions so we could match the other blinds. He did a beautiful job, they matched perfectly and they have now done every room in my house! I would highly recommend them!

WOW!!! is an understatement of how awesome this company is to deal with and with a ton a patience.We had just moved to bungalow and wanted all new window coverings 5 rooms, we started with living room/dinning room and got ideas for the other rooms and may I say William has such a great eye for colour and suggestions for type of blinds as he asked us many questions so he could help us decide the type of blind best suited for our needs.After all his hard work, we put a hold on the other rooms as we decided to renovate our entire house from floor to ceiling.Then we had William come back almost a year later as we forgot what type & colour of blinds we had chosen (he is such a great friendly guy; nothing is ever a problem), Oh my; then I decided I wanted all the rooms painted after all might as well complete the whole reno’s, so back on hold went the blinds.Once painting was all done we needed William to come back and help with colour idea for the rest of the rooms as now everything changed.Well finally after back & forth for almost 2 years everything was done, measurement and installation was perfect and no mess left.We love all our up/down blackout blinds.We will be back as our next project is our basement with beautiful big windows.I have & would recommend everyone to Village Interiors; they are THE BESTThanks William & Christina so much for all your patience, great ideas and true professionalism.You guy’s are the best.Valerie & BlakeSmithville(Completed 2018)

Great service! An excellent experience dealing with Will and Christina. Many options for my patio door and window were explained in detail. Products arrived in the time frame quoted and installed, prices reasonable. Colours and fabric match perfectly, love it! I would highly recommend them.
