Wonderful staff and very knowledgeable!They get a 5 star review from us!!!Went over and beyond to help us out.Our car wasn’t giving us any heat, they told us our coolant might be low, which it was, as our reservoir was empty. They looked up the proper type of coolant for our Chevy Cruze, then went out of their way to find us an empty jug so that the coolant could be diluted properly, and then came outside to help us make sure we put the coolant in the correct reservoir, and it was cold outside today!Extremely grateful for all their knowledge and care!!Car is toasty and warm again.Thanks to all the staff for helping us out, very much appreciated.Clint and Janice.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff, nice to see some females on the counter, makes it more comfortable being a female myself. one of the girls actually put my wipers blades on for me. I will deff be going back to see them in the future.

I went into this place for the first time, looking for a sparkplug for a ride on mower. Even though it was such a small purchase, the gentlemen that helped me instantly felt like an old friend. He was super helpful, caring, and kind. I have tremendous respect and appreciation for the employees for going the extra mile to show customers that they matter.

Small town, so always great service (even during the virus), smiling staff, knowledgeable, happy to help, and they always have stock!Funny story, I bought a rebuilt alternator from CanadianTire in the city for my 96 GMC Jimmy. It lasted a mere two weeks giving out near this Benson's. I called them the next day, a Saturday, and got a brand new Bosch FOR LESS!! I installed it, and was operational in less than two hours. BTW, it still work$ 10+ years later, imagine that.

The customer service needs some work, I called looking for a brake flex line, and I was told they don't exist" I called looking for a vehicle code reader I was told "go to the Renfrew store we don't carry them" It hard to shop local when the girl on the phone tells you to take your business somewhere else."
