Nassar provided a good service to us. He called me before he arrived to confirm the actual time. And after he finished installing a humidifier, he explained in details how it works and how to do some simple maintenance. Recommend him.

We had a wonderful experience with Nasser. He was extremely detailed orientated and knowledgable. He took his time to investigate the issue we were experienced and patiently explained his findings to us.Nasser also installed our Ecobee 3 Lite and went through the set up with us. I can only give 1 star as there is no option of 0 star. the sales people were good (quick response, try everything to satisfy and save the customers), but both my wife and I are disappointed by the unprofessional behaviour of the two technicians who came to install the AC and troubleshoot the issues after the installation. they came here separately for different service calls (2 service calls for the exterior machine which was not levelled properly a few weeks after the installation and 1 service call for the leaking issue 1 year after the installation) but what they did and their performance are the same/similar ( not sure how the company trained them) : they just did several simple tests such as testing the temperature and the pressure , but could not find any reason of the issue. finally, they would always say some thing like “please monitor then call us”. Also, they do not let the customer doubt their “professional” diagnosis and tell them what they would need to do even they could not fix the issues nor find any reason.Long story in short, the technicians just spent around 10 mins on completing the service call without fixing the issue and left. What a easy money to make. after “monitor and call” them, they could get easy money again.Not sure if this is what the management expect or this is the way in which they were trained to deal with the customer.

I don't often rate vendors with 5-stars but my experience today was superb. From when I called for service, to them understanding exactly my issue, checking options with me on the phone and scheduling the service to the completion of the work. Nasser called last night to confirm and then again today prior to the appointment and he showed up on time. He was highly skilled and went way above the work required, he even went room to room checking all the vents to ensure that everything was balanced and working perfectly. To took time to ensure that I was fully aware of what he done and how to prevent the issues in the future. Thoroughly professional and I highly recommend using them

Our hot water tank was leaking, entire unit needed to be replaced. Technician and office took care of the entire procedure quickly, no worries whatsoever on my part.Amazing!

Nasha from service department is very nice and has required skill set and knowledges. He is also willing to spend time to explain to customer about issue and how issue should be addressed and put forward best recommendation for the customer.

Nassar the technician did an excellent job for the diagnostic test of our furnace, it was beyond & above my expectation & even helped me to decide the kind of filter I have to use. He went an extra mile after office hours to accommodate my questions. Now I have to get the maintenance for all the unit in our house to properly maintain them.

Nassar helped us descale and maintain our tankless water heater. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working. He also explained everything to us on how to maintain it. Very affordable, I would use their service again. 10/10 great service.

Constant Home Comfort is worth recommending, I didn't give the company full marks because the thermostat that came with the product installed 3 years ago had a problem (that's bad luck), I had to pay extra for labor after the free one year warranty.But I must give full marks to the mechanic who did the home repair, he diagnosed the problem quickly and gave very good advice, and he also imparted his expertise in an easy to understand way.
