Excellent customer service...a little annoyed with the in and out security doors....so sad to not have anyone just greeting people who are coming in to give directly into finding what we're looking for.And maybe someone saying a gods day .. would be nice when leaving.I just feel the one door down there then exit over there, it quite....too much time for me to be wasting when picking up simple screws.

Staff work hard to please if asked but very belittling order desk. Have most stuff. Lacking mgt friendliness. Treat non high paying clients as that. Yard staff good and knowledgeable.

We visited Kemptville Interiors to look for a new living room set. We dealt with Linda and Lindsay, it was over all a great experience. They spent quite a bit of time with us trying to find the perfect furniture and was very accommodating. They also made sure everything was wrapped up so it wouldn't get wet on our way home. 10/10 would recommend.

Ordered a dryer, got a delivery date and rec'd it even sooner. A special thank you goes out to Gary B for helping us with our purchase. Thanks to Angie for setting up delivery. Two polite young men delivered right to our front door and took the old one away (that we put outside). Amazing service during these trying times.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I went in looking for a bedroom set. I walked around the store for approximately 15 minutes before a male asked if he could help me, he didn’t come up to me he yelled it from across the room . I walked up to him and said I’m looking for a bedroom set that you have on your website , told him the company name and he said we having nothing in the store from that company but we do deal with that company. Great can it be ordered ? How long would it take for it to come in? He shrugged his shoulders said nothing more so I walked out!!! I was the only customer in the store at the time. Wow will never step foot in that store again !!!! Customer service sucks!!!!

It's tough trying to buy appliances during COVID-19. Usually I try to support local businesses, so went to Kemptville Interiors first. The first time we were there was just before the long weekend, so I presumed the sales associate was dismissive because he was anxious to leave on holidays. The next week, when I returned, I met with the same sense that the associate did not really care about our business or want to help. Unfortunately, box stores show better customer service and offer more options. We will go elsewhere.
