I mainly shopped here for clothing and accessories, which I found to be of good quality and variety. The store had a lot of items on sale when I went, so it was great to get a deal on some well-made clothes that fit my budget. The staff were also very kind and helpful; I appreciate them taking the time to explain their returns policy to me and their efficient check-out at the register. One thing to note is that they no longer offer bags for your purchases, so be sure to bring one in with you if needed. I would also recommend signing up for their Triangle Rewards to collect Canadian Tire money with your purchase, which can be redeemed back at Mark's or at other participating retailers in the future.

A great place to shop, usually friendly people, lots of clothes selection and reasonable quality. Great return policy which they usually stand behind. A bit short on parking at times, but other than that, shop shop shop. Good they are open again after Covid, although home delivery worked out fine.

Bad experience i lined up orPick up an order right now, I waited quite awhile to get them when it came they let me wait again for my cue. The guy is available to just check it out quick and go and instead let other customer first to cash but they are taking awhile speaking in their language and looking something on the phone. What a bad customer service to end the Year Dec 31, 2022 everyone is busy rushing their last holiday shopping doing their thing quick and go out right away,Thee associate need a good training for customer service.There should be no star at all.

The customer service is great! Maryam and Abhinaya are a great worker! They helped us a lot! Even though there’s a bunch of Marks store near us but I will definitely go back to Marks that located in Mississauga North (5950 Rodeo Drive). The staff is super helpful, I am really happy to shop there!

Sadly the customer experience and service at this location has dramatically declined and I am one of many that are making this same comment. Staff have become increasingly pushy to sign up for a credit card and that is obviously their sole mission. There is only one regular staff member that continues to offer the personable interaction and seems to genuinely care to help and listen to what the customer needs. It’s always a pleasure when she is on the floor as I don’t mind spending money in an establishment when the employee is respectful and cares. I took note to spell her name properly (Nariman). She has been there a long time and is a reminder of what customer service is supposed to be like.I don’t know what has changed with this location, whether it’s an overall company culture change or just a decline in training and proper management to role model the right behaviour. However, I thought it was worth providing this review in hopes that this location is not an indication of where the Marks brand is heading.

Today I had the worst customer experience. When I was checking out, the cashier asked me if I had a Canadian tire points card which I didn’t have. He then asked me if I wanted 15% off my purchase by making a Canadian tire card. Naturally, I thought he meant a points card because he didn’t specify that it’s a credit card. I said yes. He started a credit card application for me, he asked me all sorts of questions about my income and where I worked, he checked the boxes for me without giving me a chance to read what he was consenting for, he gave me the iPad at the end to sign, which I did. Till this point he still hadn’t explained that he was creating a credit card for me. After he finished he was like I’ll charge it on the card. I was very surprised, and asked him how a points card can be used to make a purchase, only then did he explain that it was a credit card. I told him that I didn’t want the credit card, and that he did not explain that to me. He was like when the card comes to your mail, you can call the number at the back and cancel it, I told him that it’s not my problem and so he called someone (her name was Jennifer from new applications) she was able to cancel the card for me, but because the application was already processed, a credit check has already been done and they can’t do anything about it. I can’t explain my frustration when dealing with those corporations. They are such a scam and they should be held accountable for such actions. How the hell is he creating credit cards for people?? Shouldn’t they be the ones to fill the application so that they can read the terms and conditions? This seams like a deliberate ploy because I’m sure any employee working in this position should be well trained to be clear with the customer if they are offering a points card or a credit card. Most corporations in Canada have both these options and I have never faced any confusion as to which one the cashier is making for me.

Bought some shoes at this location. The selection is scarce but they can order sizes if they aren’t available in store to be shipped to you or to the store.You can peacefully shop around and associates are available if you have any questions.Ruby on cash did my transaction and she was great. She used my email coupon towards my transaction

One of the biggest Mark's store that I visited. They have lot of collections. The staff here is friendly & good knowledge about products. Though they are trying to follow COVID-19 SOPs, what I found there are lot of people there due to Black Friday Sales & are not maintaining proper social distancing. Also, there was a long queue of people who bought stuff and awaiting their turns at cash counter for payment.

Wesley at this location was an absolute all star. He answered all questions we had, and even went above and beyond to show us each item and recommend other items as well.
