The guy working upstairs couldn't have been more rude or lazy! When I asked for assistance with purchasing a helmet for my daughter he just pointed to the wall and when asked what the prices were I was given a price range. He said the model I was looking for was only in black and I could clearly see a red one, and when asked he said there might be one red one. Didn't offer to look, show me prices or options. And i was the only customer there besides the customer he told to go behind the gun counter himself and look at scope rings, which I'm pretty sure is against the law. I won't be buying my next machine here if that's the level of service I can expect!

So I was in a pickle; you know the Friday afternoon breakdown kind of pickle, in Nowhere, Newfoundland.Gave up a months rent to catch a flatbed to Corner Brook, NL where I was told there was a good Honda Motorsport dealer, TwinPeaks that would surely be closed for the weekend.Left the bike overnight in the parking lot under a security camera hoping for the best. Saturday morning, I walked down to the shop to check on my motorcycle and as I am leaving a pick-up pulls up to the shop door. Well hello! I introduce myself to the GM Jamie (who is on the last weekend of his vacation) and give a brief explanation of my situation. Without hesitation he says let’s bring the bike inside and we will deal with it on Monday morning. Already I’m feeling a little better seeing as I had to change my trip plans, specifically canceled my ferry crossing scheduled for Saturday night.Monday rolls around and I’m at the Shop at 8:29 am and Jamie is already explaining to Katy (hope I spelled that right) the Service Manager the ugly details. Katy is immediately empathetic and puts me at ease but emphasized that two of their techs are out on vacation this week (can I ever catch a break?) but they will do their best.At 10:27 am phone rings; I brace myself. It’s Katy who in her quick Newfoundland speech explains they found the problem and fixed it. What??? Yep. She doesn’t have the manpower for a test ride but suggests I come down, give it go and report back any problems. Deal.So long story long, from the care and concern of the GM on a vacation Saturday to the quick attention of the service team who are down two warm bodies and a turn around fix it time of about two hours, all I can say is WOW. Jamie, Katy, Stephen this mainlander thanks you and appreciates the way you treated me. Keep up the great customer care and good luck to all.

Twin Peaks has been one of our most important CB Nuit Art at night Festival Partners!!! They are amazing to deal with, incredibly community focused and dedicated. They were able to support our need for generators bringing power to artist projects along the street. Jaimie is kind and great to work with! My 2019 Royal Enfield Himalayan stopped working 20 km away from Corner Brook (spark plug snapped in half). Unannounced and unscheduled they were able to take my bike in and get it inspected. On such a short notice they were a brilliant team and I got to continue my journey through Newfoundland!

Great place to do business, wasn’t always like it but, since new owners has taken over it’s a totally different place!! Jamie Buffett and his team are 2nd to none!! Nice to walk into a business and everyone smiling!! Keep up the great work!!

When I was purchasing from them, they were all jumping to help but now I'm having issues with an install, we are completely ignored. Reception is completely rude on the phone and acting like mechanic's saying it's our problem. Nobody calling back. Best recommendations is to move on if you are planning to purchase.

The service here has come a long way over the last few years. There is a new manager and it shows. The staff all seem very happy and you get greeted with smiles as soon as you walk in the door.The sales staff are top notch, both Jeff and Steve know there stuff. Tracey was a pure delight to deal with in finance especially if you like talking about motorcycles. She has more two wheel bike experience then most of us. Can't wait to see what these guys can do in a new location. A++
