We have purchased our second unit from Woodys RV World in Leduc. Dan McFee was our salesman again. He is great to deal with. Very personable. We recently traded in our 2021 trailer from Fraser Way to Woody's, as we were not happy with the customer service provided at Fraser Way. We expressed our issues to Woody's when we started the process and we could not be happier that we made the decision to work with Woody's! From the moment we started it was a different vibe.There sales staff was knowledgeable, accommodating and not pushy at all! We mainly delt with Jeff but honestly any sales person was happy to help us when we came in.Their finance department was also fantastic! We asked him to act like we had not bought a trailer before and we actually learnt things we should have known being trailer owners already, which was a bit shocking. He also went above and beyond to help us with our old warranty coverage.We had a wonderful experience and hope to have the same level of service this fall when we use their service department.

We have owned many RV’s over the years from campers to trailers to fifth wheels and most recently a motor coach. Finding it difficult to navigate a large rv in Canada we decided to down size to a short fifth wheel. I found a unit on line at Woody’s Leduc. Mike was just a delete and very professional during our purchase process. Best experience we have ever had. As we are from British Columbia Mike not only assured me we could take out service request to their dealership in Abbotsford he also was a great tour guide for our journey home. Way to go Mike and your team for a 10/10 experience. Worth the drive to deal with Woody’s Leduc.

Prior to meeting Dan Mcphee, Pauline and I were on a search for an RV. Two months into our search, Pauline reached out to Dan on January 31st, 2023 and on that same day he videoed the Unit (Grand Design Imagine 23LDE) that we were interested in and also showed us a comparison unit. We then made an arrangement to view the units. After seeing the products, Dan also showed us other components that are needed to have the complete towing experience. We mentioned to Dan that we would like to go to the RV show and he gave us a Pass. At the RV show we met up with Dan and again went over the unit (Grand Design Imagine 23LDE). We mentioned that we had found other units that interested us and that we were still shopping. Dan introduced us to the Sales Manager, Clayton Phillips who immediately started to talk to us about the Grand Design Imagine 23LDE.Having his insight as well as Dan's really helped with our buying decision.We want to take this opportunity to say a Big Thank You to Woodys RV World Leduc. Just bought our first travel trailer. Jeff was amazing and very helpful. Listened to what we wanted and our wish list and help us find the right trailer for us. So happy with our purchase can't wait for the season to start.
