Glenn was super responsive and helpful with scheduling the home inspection. At first we were kind of weary on paying over $500 for an inspection, but I never imagined he would be so thorough. He will walk you through your potential new house and show you all the things he noticed and he highlights things that need attention right away and things that he believes should be fixed eventually. Furthermore, his detailed report was amazing. Glenn had many, many pictures of pretty much everything in, above, below, and around the home all with detailed captions. The report was 58 pages long! I would highly recommend Glenn to anyone in the market for a house who wants the peace of mind they are not buying a lemon or like us you may be able to renegotiate with the seller to either fix some things or get the house for cheaper. This is the second house that I have had Glenn inspect. He is thorough in his investigation work and I would recommend him to anyone. He takes his time and explains everything he sees in laymen’s term, so my wife understands items just as well as I do.He pointed out some signs that radon might be an issue based on neighboring buildings having remediation issues and recommended we test for it. And the testing showed there could be an issue, which was good to know upfront. We would not have tested otherwise since we are not in a high risk county.
