Rude staff. When their staff are in the aisles they stand in the way and block customers from shopping. Whereas when I go to the Longo's on York Mills Road by Leslie, they politely step aside and say sorry

I have been in this location several times, some of their staff are really nice but most of them are very rude!! I have been going to this location for over three years and I finally decided to leave a review as it looks like employees are getting worse everyday. I have friends who also had problems with customer service in this location. The funny thing is that management does not seem to care. I have asked for the manager in the store in my last visit. I know they don’t care, but just to let you know that in long term you will lose so many customers because of your poor customer service. Your staff act bothered when we ask them a question. Anytime I need help, they don’t answer when I say hi, after the help they don’t bother to answer my “thank you”. It’s not the customer’s fault that staff are not getting paid as much as they want! It looks like they are all getting paid way less than what they want and they hate the job. Start training your staff this is ridiculous.

I always go to this location for grocery shopping but this time I went to buy flowers for my daughter’s graduation and Ms Faranak even though she was so busy but her attitude with customers was really admirable, just wanted to say thanks to Ms,Faranak for her great customer service.

Love shopping there. It is convenient, not a big grocery shop, quickly you can find what you need. Prices are little expensive but good quality and great service from the cashiers.

The store is neat and organized. Yet, their Hot table food was not worth the money we paid. Except salmon, everything was stale and tasteless. Not trying again!

Zero customer service. The Bayview location north of Steeles is not a good place to shop. Today paid more than $100 for grocery, I had forgotten a jar of blueberry jam in the cart, the cashier (Arichan) came and hastily grabbed it from the cart to scan it as if I wanted to steal the $2 jar, he and his colleague were extremely rude. Today you lost a dedicated customer of 20 years and all of her friends and family.To the store manager: You need to uphold Longos core values in your store. I moved to this area two years ago and in comparison to other locations your staff are poorly trained. Most of them have no idea what is customer service and how they should behave in the store. I have never ever been disrespected like this in any retail store let alone a longos store.Receipt number:679149.
