Not a big fan of save on foods. There are cheeper places to shop in my opinion.

GOOD ONLINE SHOPPING TEAM ! Pretty much my go to store for groceries because of the location. Good staff and convenient hours.Produce quality can be hit and miss.*If there was one thing I could change about this store, it would be the merchandising. Why do we need to have applesauce in two or three different locations? It's the same for several items and it drives me nuts when I have to shop in-store, especially if I'm with my young grandsons during busy times.Luckily the online shopping is great here with free pickup and reasonable delivery prices. I've had pretty good success with all of the products I receive and the e-commerce staff are super friendly. You can order by noon and pick up the same day which is totally awesome, too.

The store is clean, bright and well stocked. I prefer this location as it's easy to find everything I need. The staff are super friendly and helpful. There's a good selection of produce and deli items. I use the Save-on app to save money on groceries and gain points. It's simple to use. Will be back again soon.

Really cool grocery store. Great finds. So diff than Ontario have milk in jugs rather than bags is diff. Was visiting my aunt

We have shopped at this save on since we have moved to abbotsford last year but in the last two months the place has gone down hill incredibly fast. Tonight was the second time the protein we have purchased has been spoiled. The first time was marinated chicken from their meat counter and today was turkey schnitzel. The store closed early for boxing day today and as i live just up the hill i called right at 6:00 hoping to be able to rush down and exchange it. I talked to a really nice lady on the phone that was checking with her manager if i was able to come in. I was then transferred to a very rude, unprofessional lady who was confused at first why i was calling her. I then explained that we had purchased two packages of turkey schnitzel one had an expiry of dec 25th and was okay the other had no expiry and was completely off. I told her i had bought the schnitzel in the deli and was help by someone because of our experience with the chicken a few weeks back. I was rudely cut off and told that the deli doesn't sell schnitzel meat and that i only could have gotten it from the meat section. She wouldn't stop going on about how i didn’t get it from the deli and it had to be the meat section, which in the scheme of things really didn't matter. She said that they were closed and absolutely no one was allowed in the store and refused to help us in any sort of way. She was so short and unconcerned with our complaint that i was at a lose for words. I ended up hanging up after trying to come up with something to say and just being cut off repeatedly.

Always my go to for shopping if I don't want to be in something really big like Superstore

I am 69 and have mobility issues so the delivery service is critical for me. In general, the store is great and the products are always good, the service staff is helpful and friendly. I don’t mind spending the higher prices because they do have a union and hopefully some of that goes to good wages and benefits for their employees. I have a weird issue with the online shopping though. As I say I am 69 and don’t get around much so I have been using their delivery service since it first started. Lately things have gone a bit screwy. My groceries were delivered to the wrong building once and to the wrong apartment once. My address hasn’t changed for a long time so I am confused by these strange occurrences. I have taken advantage of their generous return policy as sometimes I have received the wrong items, occasionally the frozen items had partially thawed by the time I received them and occasionally the produce is not the quality I thought it should be. Recently things really went south. I ordered mushrooms which were grey and slimy and completely inedible. As usual, customer service was gracious and offered me the 3X your money back. However, here it is January and I still haven’t seen that refund. Even worse, with my next order I asked for peppers and mushrooms. Apparently those were both out of stock???? Later that day I had someone drive me to Save-on and sure enough there were loads of mushrooms and peppers. Furthermore, in that same order I asked for a small rutabaga and a large russet potato. What I received was a large rutabaga and a small russet potato. If I were paranoid I would think it was retaliation for asking for a refund on the inedible mushrooms. But of course I know their customer service is far too good for that. Like I said at 69 with mobility issues I don’t have a lot of options when it comes to getting groceries. So that’s why I gave them 1 star. I am very disappointed and I hope they can do better

Found what we needed and quickly went through the check out process. Clean isles and nice employees

Very nice store. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Produce looks exceptional. Prices are very competitive. Store is very well laid out. Would never hesitate to return to the store
