I used Red Fox Exterminating as i was given a referral by a friend who used them and was very pleased with their customer service. I was super happy that I called them! Sonia was on time and very professional. She knows a lot about pests! I appreciated that she had an unmarked truck as well. She resolved my issue very promptly and explained how I got the issue in the first place. Great customer service is hard to come by these days but I was very impressed with the service I received by Red Fox.

I saw website on the internet called Sonia, she is quick to reply and answer all questions kindly, a pleasant lady, professional, efficient, hard working to make her customers happy. Sonia was able with her diligence to get rid of my pest problem. i called her few other times to ask her questions regards to pest infestation and she gladly answered all my question via phone free of charge. I would highly recommend them. It is unfortunate to me that they are relocating to realize that I can not use Her help when needed. Good Luck Sonia and best wishes with your next relocation.

Jason and Eric of Redfox Pest Services have been providing annual pest control service for us for the past nine years. These young men are very professional, courteous, and considerate. They always inform us of what they have found treated each time they come. The chemicals they use are safe and pet friendly. That is important to me. They guarantee their work. If I see a bug in the house during the year, I call them. They come back at no extra charge. They even take their shoes off when entering my home!

Red Fox offers excellent service beginning at first contact with their prompt and courteous communications. Arranging for inspection that is convenient for the customer is part of the service as well. Friendly informative inspections relieve much of the anxiety that comes along with the possibility of having bed bugs in your home but Sonal's expertise brings everything into perspective.
