Golden Towing

Don't believe the reviews about the reliability of this company. This company was supposed to pick up my car from a mechanic shop and tow it and the tow driver never came and lied about going and still charged $60. They said that they canceled the service because they didn't get ahold of me by phone. The next day they want to charge me $120 now to do the same tow. This is the worst company ever, don't trust the towing company!

I received exceptional service tonight from Leo, for assistance with a flat tire. He arrived quickly, and went above and beyond to help me, while being patient, courteous and personable. I would highly recommend him!

WORSTTTT COMPANY EVER.!!!!!Please do no contact them , they are ALL LIERRSSSI called because my car tires were flat and i needed them to take it to my home . I called them at 6pm and they said they would have sum1 there by 45 mins , that passed and at 8:30 i called them and they said they r picking up the car now , 10pm i called and they had NOO IDEAAAAAA what i was talking about and made a BUNCH OF LIESSS . I had never experinced suchh bad customer service in my life .!PLESSE DO NOT CONTACT THEM

Avoid doing any business with this company. I called for a boost and failing the boost, a tow to my dealership. Instead of the tow truck driver, I got his wife who showed up with jumper cables. The cables she brought were too short so she had to go to Canadian tire to get longer ones. Who does this? How is this good service? The boost didn't work so the wife left and I was left waiting for the tow truck driver who despite assurances that they'd be there in '30' min didn't show up.If the two tuck driver had shown up in the first place, my car would already be at the dealership. I called and cancelled my so-called service only to be met with a bill for the service that they would not refund. Worst customer service experience that I've had in a long time. No wonder all the reviews recently are one-star.

They arrived faster than quoted and changed my flat tire in minutes. The drivers were clearly experts and came totally prepared with a compressor loaded onto the back of their truck. I was extremely impressed at how fast and professional their operation is. Fantastic company

Worst experience ever, I don’t know how some people have a job and a business! We requested a towing service in Caledon area on may 21st and the office told us the driver is going to call us to confirm when he is going to pick us up and confirm our location..an hour later of calling the office multiple times and asking what’s going on and where the driver is they kept lying to us that the driver is on his way! We then said to cancel the “service” since they didn’t even send a driver out and they didn’t even let us and said they are going to charge us a a fee! With all these lovely reviews I have read I’m sure they won’t be in business for much long!And why is there no option for 0 starts..

BEWARE!! this company is a fraud, made me wait 3 hours when they said it would take 30minutes, billled my visa 3 times. blocked my number so i couldnt call back, i used a other phone to contact them they answer right away, transfer me back and forth to different people, in hopes i give up. . PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, A TOTAL SCAM of a company

Dont use this company. I locked my keys in my vehicle and was told they would be there in 15-20 mins. After an HOUR I called back and the driver said it was 5 minutes away. 15 minutes later he called me asking what my vehicle looked like, which I had already given a detailed description in my first call. When he finally arrived he acted like nothing was wrong. And he charged me $117! So unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.

This company is fraud , Gave one tow call staying in Brampton for 5 KM , Dispatcher name is Cesar took my credit card info along with my billing address and someone from this company called out the customer they are not able finish off the job or unable to show up on scene.I have tried out 4 times afterwards no one answered my call. Please be aware before dealing with company . It is non professional and looks like scam going on the name of towing operations and roadside assistance in Brampton, ON.Please don't deal with this company !!!

I called October 29th at 5:20 pm to see if they could unlock my car as I had locked my keys in it.All this RUDE man told me was “NOPE. call the police” and promptly HUNG UP on me.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
