I had ordered two mirrors - one with led lights regular and one with led lights with blue tooth. The blue tooth mirror was wider then the other mirror. So, I had to return it and order the other led mirror without the blue tooth. The employee that served me was very pleasant to deal with. He gave me a store voucher without hesitation for the difference between the blue tooth mirror and the other mirror. His name was Qaizer and I was very satisfied with the service that he provided. He even came out to my car to lift the blue tooth mirror out of my car and bring it into the store for me. I really did appreciate it because it was awkward. He was a gentleman. Thank you for such great customer service!

Would recommend the Brampton location. Had an issue with a toilet we purchased and Qasim helped us and promptly handled the issue to our satisfaction. Will definitely be making more purchases from this location in the near future.

Bought a vanity with a porcelain vanity top fromBhopali.He was very interactive and help me in deciding the colour/style and material of the vanity top.It was my 1st time there and was amazed at his experience.and expertise.Would recommend everyone to this location at Great Lakes .

As with any renovation project, one often runs into hurdles. We got a vanity from this location, which had some assembly parts missing. Mr. Qasim Abbas was so helpful throughout the process, it made the small hiccup seem trivial. Excellence customer service. Thank you!
