Dulux Paints

Visited this store twice in the last week. Paint was impressive! And loved the colour we picked for our living room.Linda was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had some cabinetry that we weren't sure if it was paintable, and she assured us they were!She guided me through picking a white melamine paint, that would compliment our counters and walls. Who knew there were so many different whites, all with different undertones?Very happy with this store and the quality of the paint. It's. Also bogo till Sept 29th, so you can't go wrong

BEWARE - This store is not interested in consistency or customer service. I bought a gallon of paint a couple of months ago. It was a Benjamin Moore colour but Dulux said they could duplicate the colour. I needed more to touch up around the trim and bought another gallon, asking for the same colour. After applying the colour it was apparant it was not the same colour. Upon checking the label from the first can the mixture was completely different, although both said the same colour. When I returned to the store to let them know, I was told several times that it was my responsibility to bring in the original can. I said no one mentioned that to me. They said they would make me up another batch and give me a discount for the second can. I told them it was their mistake, and they kept telling me it wasn't their colour. What they failed to realize is that the first coat I had wasn't actually the Benjamin Moore mixture, but their take on it. So I would assume that subsequent mixtures from Dulux would be consistent when asking for the same colour. I sent in an email expressing my dissatisfaction and suggesting that they keep a data base on the formulas they use, and I received a response from the salesperson saying my message would be passed on to the manager. A week later I haven't heard anything. Unfortunately I won't be purchasing anything from this store nor will I recommend it to anyone.

I didn’t want to have to paint a whole bunch of walls at our cottage so opted for scanning to get a colour match. I can’t believe how perfect the paint and the sheen matched !!! Went with a quart. Only used 1/3. So impressed ! Saved me a lot of time and money !

I represent a home builder that builds 25 house/year and owns 3 apartment buildings. Went to Dulux for our painter, I could not believe the negative energy, disrespect & unprofessionalism of this company. The way they treat people is aweful, they made 5 mistakes on paint orders in less than 2 weeks! I even ordered paint and they said it would be ready in an hour. 2 hours later I show up and it's not ready! Had to wait 20 minutes in store for what they than told me was 5 more minutes.Incapable of managing this store! When we finance the purchase of $15,000 in paint & stain a year, you think they would care at least a little bit about our business!Last time I went, I was in to get more paint & they told me the paint we just bought from there a few months ago was not their paint! My God! They are unbelievable! I went to Sherwin Williams, and their rep said that's Dulux paint" how on earth can the store that sold it not know but their competition does!?I have since moved our $15

I have been at this place a few times in the past months. The staff are exceptionally helpful and full of great advice. It is now the place I go to to get my paint. The easiest way to get into the parking lot is by traveling westbound on Fanshawe, to make a right-hand turn into the parking lot.Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Great customer service everytime! Friendly and helpful. Never pushy! They love to talk ideas and options!
