The phone is never answered. The Doctor called an hour and twenty minutes past the scheduled appointment time. Clearly this Doctor has no concern for patients.

This is the third time in a year Dr. Jolly missed scheduled appointment. His office didn't contact me in prior and even didn't bother to call me afterwards.
