My daughter had $150 gc to spend the person there was told that and told basics and loaded her up with $350 dollar's worth of product including Bobbie brown primer and fenti. I'm sure there are more appropriate products for a 12 year old to learn with. Of course I don't shop in Sephora and never will again because I feel like I was completely taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge in that area.Go to Catwalk for you children's make up tutorial's you'll get more knowledge and they'll give you the knowledge to go with it as well.

Worst experience I've had at any store, ever. They were watching me like a hawk and following me around. They checked up on me probably 10+ times. Then they kicked me out of the store because they were accusing me of opening up a bunch of their products and using them which is false, and they would know this if they checked the security cameras. Is it because I'm not wearing any makeup, dressed casually, and a minority that they feel they can discriminate against me and then falsely accuse me of things? Don't want to get judged and side-eyed? Don't shop here. Shop online because your computer will treat you better than some of these employees will.

Everyone that works here is so kind and helpful. I had never really been into a Sephora before since I’d normally split ways from my wife and do my own thing, but I’m glad I’ve given it a chance. Their staff were super welcoming and asked me how they could help me. When I told them I struggled with an itchy scalp and wasn’t sure if they could help me, they showed me all of my options and the pros and cons of each product. I ended up getting a little set with some minis so I could try the stuff out without forking out a bunch of money.I’ve been back several times (on my own and with my wife) and everyone has always been super nice to me. I think all men should do themselves a favour and give Sephora a chance.

In town for my brother's wedding August 6 and forgot to pack any makeup! BIG thank you to Emma (maybe Emily?) who quickly helped me select perfect products and colours for what I wanted. Much nicer than my regular makeup. I'll be using these from now on.

Went in needing lipsticks for my wedding I was going towards KVD and they said Sephora was better so I bought that and every time I kissed my husband at our wedding he got lipstick on his face! Every time!!! So upset I went with what the lady referred to me. You need staff that know the product better. I will be returning stuff I bought

I’ve been to this Sephora multiple times, it’s now my go-to store for my makeup. I had some issues with finding a good foundation but their return policy is fantastic so it helped ease the process ! I’ve never had a bad experience.

If their staff or “beauty advisers” help you find products, always double check that they got it right because they got my color wrong even after I gave them the color number and everything. I unfortunately trusted in their expertise only to realize that it was a completely wrong shade when I got home.Then when you try to exchange it and you’re 2 days past their exchange policy, you will get a “sorry it’s your problem now, give it to a friend”. Such a terrible experience. The staff and manager definitely need more coaching on how to deal with customer dissatisfaction, provide better customer service in terms of double checking they are choosing the right products, and to be less condescending when communicating and handling customer issues.
