The service is perfect, Abby is so patient and so nice and proactive. She helped me to contact the fourrier mucipal at 9405 st micheal to tow the car many times.

When owner insisted “courtesy service and excellent quality of work”, it meant, harassing customer by calling 5times in a row although I already said I am working and threatening customer to return the courtesy car within 24 hrs by insisting it’s his car otherwise they will charge me!”(they called me same day to pick up the car on Friday when they close 3pm and during the whole weekend and I was already out of town!)And excellent quality of work? Ignoring customer’s concerns about their poor job and it eventually jeopardized my safetyPolice pulled me over and notified me about my rear bumper condition as it shown on the picture!*****In conclusion, Don’t use here if you don’t want any headache and JEOPARDIZE your life! ***When i went to pick up the car after replacement of my rear bumper, I noticed that spoiler part is still shakingBut they said it’s normal and didn’t do anythingLess than a month, look at the photo!! It’s falling apartThey are not only being rude(long story but I already experienced harassment and threatening) but their performance is very very poorI never want to go back there and never recommend to anyone!!

My girlfriend came in today with my car to get a small dent repaired. I was parked yesterday and someone made a very small dent on my car when they opened their door. She got an estimation of 1400$ dollars cash and around 2000$ on card (by Gino Fuoco) to repait the hole door!! On her way back, she stopped at Automagic a bodyshop on Pierrefonds and they gave her an estimate of under 100$. I have an expensive car and I find it very unprofessional that they would try pulling our leg.

Desjardins insurance referred us to this garage after we had the miserable experience of losing our pickup's catalytic converter to thieves.Gary and Joanne were amazingly helpful and friendly. They took care of everything and even had our truck back to us quicker than we expected.I would recommend doing business here to anyone; we could not have had a more positive outcome from a really unfortunate event.Thanks to the whole team at Fix Auto Pierrefonds. This is my second time doing business with Fix Auto Pierrefonds and I have to say that their customer service is absolutely AMAZING. Within minutes (literally) of hanging up the phone with my insurance company, Fix Auto called me right away to let me know that they received the claim from my insurance company and that they'd be contacting me again shortly to book an appointment as soon as they've received the parts for my car. I dropped off my car on a Tuesday thinking it would be gone for at least week or maybe even two, but I received a call that same week on Friday morning saying that it would be ready by 1PM. They did a BEYOND amazing job with my car, they even took it to have it cleaned inside and out. It was also disinfected due to the pandemic. They provide amazing service and I have to say that their staff is very professional and super friendly. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to have work done on their car!! Very satisfied customer, I will most definitely continue doing business with them in the future if necessary!!

Fix Auto Pierrefonds was awesome to deal with. Gary and staff were friendly and knowledgeable and provided me with all the info I needed for my repair job. The repair work was done in a timely manner and looked great. They answered all my questions quickly and professionally. My truck was returned fully washed inside and out, and looked amazing. My neighbor even asked my what I did to my truck that it looked so good! Thank you! Highly recommend.

Poor customer service, they forgot to tighten the lower arm and when hitting the break the whole car was shaking, i called and they said it is the break that is seized and instead of asking to bring it back to check it out he told me to bring it to Your mechanic, again called them when i was at my mechanic to tell them about the bolt, they said they will call me the day after, nobody called, after a month they called about the 40$ ticket that i got when i had the curtesy car (i will pay when i get back the 287.44$ that i paid to fix their mistake) and called me “stupid” “the reason they didn’t call me back is that i had to run after them” also “i had to call insurance again because of their fault”. Videos are attached as a reference.They put safety of me and my family in danger and didn’t even apologized for their negligence.
