They are amazing! Ofcourse the deals are great due to the Costco benefit but this team advises you like you are family. They are clear, patient and on point.

The guys standing here, are not ready to provide mobile plans in details though we waited around 1 hr in a virtual queue. Instead of assisting, he challenges us to find a better deal outside. Thank God, we did not opt here and got $20 less plan outside with same provider. I would suggest, don’t waste your time here and just look around in square one mall for a better deal.

Excellent experience at Costco Vaughan. First of all signing up in the virtual line is nice idea and shows great consideration for the customer. We were able to walk around the store for 20 minutes until it was our turn. Jonathan was very helpful and knowledgeable, saving us money on our plan as well as guiding us on various purchase options. Terrific service!

Had a fantastic experience with Skyler! He knew the products, gave great advice, and made the experience efficient and pleasant. I visited in the evening on Black Friday, and everyone on the team was still smiling and friendly and ensured that each customer got undivided attention once they were being serviced. I did not feel rushed at all and had all my questions answered.

The girl was very helpful. The whole staff is very attentive and they seem to really care for their customers. But the girl who helped me really went out and beyond. Very professional. I was at the Costco Vaughn location today to get a new phone around 10 am. She has a lot of product knowledge and excellent customer service skills. Thanks

Got what we came for. Wait time was outrageous, probably waited 2+ hours. We had joined the virtual line before hand which I felt they didn't do a good enough job explaining, there where small signs and people where coming up to us asking if I was in line which we had to then explain the virtual line. Other than that, great experience. Also a heads up if you have a corporate plan for your phone, you will not get a Costco shop card.
