Amazing product and customer service!I got an exway wave riot one month ago and already have 150+ km's of ride on it, it's a mini beast!! Light and super fast, perfect for running errands, groceries, cruising around parks, cities etc... Can't wait to try it out with cloudwheels!Customer service is awesome as well, actually never happened to me to be followed the way they did!! I ve had a problem with an order and they were super helpful and solved it right away!!I really suggest this company, from the product they have to the service as well!

I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of service provided by the warranty team at Exway. They stayed in contact through the whole process (Kudos Bonnie), and went above in beyond with regard to the repair they provided. I’m stoked to be getting my board back very soon. It’s enough for me to consider buying another board from them, but unfortunately for Exway, after more than 1000km, my board still puts a smile on my face, so they’ll just have to wait before taking more of my money! :DSeriously, I never leave reviews online, but these folks are an example of how customer service SHOULD be. It’s especially meaningful to me since the rest of the world appears to be experiencing a general decline in quality of customer service lately.Keep up the stellar work Exway Team.

My Exway X1 Max was my first eboard, recommended by my favorite guy at my local skate shop and it was the best advice! The board is very solid, powerful, high quality. The only downside is, I got some water damage because I wasn't careful.However, the support team, especially Otto, is amazing, they reply fast with well written emails and are more than happy to solve any issue fast. If I have to trust a company to make an excellent electric skateboard that will last, I choose Exway!

Exway Canada sells top quality electric scateboards and has 10/10 customer service. Parts are modular and service is excellent. Helped repair my board after 2000km and no warranty.

My Experience with Exway Canada started off great from the getgo. When I ordered my X1 pro riot at the end of August in 2018, I received a phone call from Otto letting me know that he was going to put my order on hold so that I would get lower price and a free fast charger offered with the back-to-school deal, which I was unaware of. I saved probably $300-400 thanks to him.I enjoyed my board for several seasons and did not go easy on it. I rode it over bumpy dusty roads and sidewalks, in the rain, and occasionally even through puddles. With the abuse, my board started to act up. It wouldn't accelerate properly and the battery life just wasn't as good as it used to be. I sent Otto an email explaining this and even though I made it clear that I rode the board pretty hard and we both knew that it was out of warranty, because I was one of their first customers he assured that they would take care of it. Otto figured that glitches may have been caused by a problem with the ECU getting wet, and I told him that I would probably just ride out the battery until I needed to buy a new one.I dropped it off for service and later the same day came back to find that Otto had not only fixed the problem with the ECU but changed my rear truck, grip tape and threw a brand new battery in the board.Free. Of. Charge.I couldn't believe it. Needless to say by this experience and my conversations with Otto about other boards and riding, it is clear that Exway Canada is passionate about the sport, getting new riders out there and going above and beyond for their customers.

I’m new to Esk8ing and have bought several decks to date. Exway has shown me the highest form of customer service so far and I’m a very satisfied customer with several purchases I have made. Highly recommended for products and after care.
