Dick's Lumber

Called, placed an order, they very were proficient....arrived early and everything was ready and strapped to be loaded. Very helpful, but what I really liked is that in this day and age of the big box stores I really appreciated a good old fashioned lumber yard with great people to help you out....special shout out to Mr. H and the lady behind the counter who was really nice to deal with...also, I really appreciated the gatekeeper" all round a great experience and I will be back. Thank you

Use to be a great place to get lumber packages for small projects. Lady at the front desk is right full of attitude Refused to sell me joists and a beam without speaking to the engineer Who apparently leaves at 230. She wouldn’t even give me an budgetary estimate. This place used to be great not surprised by all the 1star reviews.

I had a fantastic experience dealing with Larry Demyen. He was professional and was willing to work within my budget and get me the materials in a timely manner. Terry and his team in the back have always been great to deal with as well. I encourage individuals and businesses to work to with this group!

Very poor customer service , A staff guy named Victor is super rude he is inside sales and don’t even know the meaning of sales . Super rude to customers and he treats like he owns the place .Not recommending to any contractor or customer to buy stuff if victor is still thereIf management is watching please take a appropriate action

I called on store at 3:25 pm and front desk girl handled everything very well and she said she cant explain briefly so she have to transfer call to victor( sales department) he ignored me and hang up. After calling him 4 times he picked up call at 3:45 pm and told me ti come to store rudely and hang up again. If there is option i will give -5 stars to him.

2 years later and I thought I’d give them another shot. Ignored yet again for a quote. Can’t believe this place is still open.Pretty disappointed in this place. Been trying to get a quote for a garage package from them for over a month and keep getting told I’ll get it in 2 days.I Called them for a quote and I get told I need to come in and they can give me a quote. So I drive 40 minutes and all I get is “give me the garage specs and we’ll send a quote in 2 days” I was annoyed because we could’ve done that over the phone. 2 weeks later and still no quote. I call back and ask if they have my quote ready yet and i just get the “we’ve been really busy and we’ll get one to you in the next 2 days.” Well it’s been over 2 days again. I understand if you guys are crazy busy but if you don’t have an interest in giving me a quote then tell me and don’t waste my time and your time. Very disappointed in this place. I heard good things and good pricing at this place but I guess I’ll never find out how good the pricing is since I can’t even get a quote.

The price is good which is why they got a 2 star review. The people at the desk didn’t seem very nice, came off as it’s just a job. The yard staff is my issue. Waited 45 minutes before someone came to the truck to get my order after I went into the office when I first got there. Then waited another 15 minutes for them to figure out what to do. Cheap prices so that’s the only reason I put up with this but will probably be shopping elsewhere for my lumber needs

The Customer service personnel live up to the name, Dicks… I’m glad they make enough money to feel comfortable enough to treat customers poorly. 10/10 would not reccomend!

I wish i could give 0 cos They are lazy wasting customer’s time im giving my shipping document from last 40 mins nobody took that whole staff on freakin break. Should respect others timeDONT BOTHER COME IN HERE
